2025-09-19As a visitor from out of town, I was so impressed by this nail salon. I called to see if they could fit me in right before closing, and they were so accommodating and welcoming. The staff was truly amazing—they were incredibly efficient yet took their time to ensure the quality of my manicure was perfect. A huge plus was the unexpected and relaxing arm and leg massage they gave me. I left feeling completely pampered. The entire team was friendly and professional. I highly recommend them!

From the moment I walked in as a walk-in customer, they greeted me with warm smiles and immediately made me feel like a VIP. Anna was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and so skilled with her craft. She listened to every little detail I wanted and made sure I was beyond happy with the results. What really stood out was how much everyone went above and beyond to make my visit special—they offered me a drink, checked in on me constantly, and their kindness and hospitality were truly next level. The whole salon radiates such positive energy and genuine care for their clients. I’m seriously blown away by the excellent customer service and cannot recommend Modern Nails and Anna highly enough! They made me feel so valued and pampered—I will definitely be coming back and telling all my friends about this gem!

2025-10-26Wonderful service , very kind I came to Galveston for the weekend they were closing when I arrived, and we're so kind to go ahead and let me get my nails done , my nail tech was so gentle and kind and did a beautiful job I would recommend this nail salon 100.%. the salon was very clean and nice looking they very intentive to what I was wanting , they even made my husband comfortable as he waited (and he normally runs off as quick as I walk in ) but this time he was there almost the whole time.. letting him use the massage chair while I got my nails done offered drinks , and getting my husband to sit thru getting my nails done is a accomplishment in it's self ! 🥰 You can bet anytime I'm in Galveston modern nails will be my top pick!
