2025-11-16I’ve always loved this nail salon. The atmosphere is high class, welcoming, and my experiences have usually been great from beginning to end. I typically book with the same technician, Peter, who has always taken his time with me and listened to my ideas. However, during my most recent visit, I felt rushed and uncomfortable. Before I even sat down, he abruptly asked if I had picked my color yet, despite having an appointment. When I chose a color, he made comments about the way I was sitting and positioning my hands, telling me to relax and sit up because I was looking lazy because of my posture. When I asked how the color would look with my skin tone, and he said, the color is not important and , “I don’t care what the color is as long as I do a good job.” I found this comment unprofessional and disappointing, especially since I’ve been a loyal client for a long time. I still appreciate the salon overall, but I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience

2025-12-21This nail salon is one of my favorites. I’m always greeted when walking in and attended to promptly. It’s very clean and up to date. They have a HUGE selection of my favorite DND nail polishes, Tee always does such an amazing job. 1000% recommend this salon and getting your nails done by Tee!

2025-08-08I have been going to Peter for years. Even after moving further away from the salon I still drive to have him do my nails. He does an amazing job and my nails last. I’m super rough with my nails and I don’t ever have to worry about them breaking or lifting. I get compliments at work on my nails all the time. I highly recommend Peter. Just make sure to make an appointment because he is loved by many 😀

2025-07-07Extremely disappointed. I came in for a simple refill, same almond shape, same white tips, and this is how my nails look after just two days 🙁 I was charged $65 for what should’ve been a standard refill, and the quality just isn’t there. There are rough, bumpy spots under the polish from leftover filing dust that wasn’t cleaned off properly. Honestly, I hate leaving negative reviews but this was not worth the price. So disappointing!
