Amy is awesome! Amy has done my nails 3 times and they're always perfect! I usually get the pink & white acrylic nails but this last time I wanted color. I did the solar nails, color: Holiday #34. Everyone is very nice.

The best nail technicians in Roysecity. I came in today to fixed my nail design since i was not happy what i get in another place. I will post what i got in another place and how she fixed exactly what I wanted.

They’ ve officially got me out of getting basic nude nails. I stopped getting cute nails designs a while ago because the techs always rushed and I wasn’t happy. They talked me into trying color one day and I haven’t turned back since. I usually come in with IG pics and ideas and they ALWAYS deliver. Getting my nails done is actually fun again now not just maintenance.

My visit to Zen Nail & Spa was very nice. They accommodated me as a walk in near closing which was greatly appreciated. I had a mani-pedi. Cindy did my hands and I forgot the name of the person who did my feet. Both were courteous, careful, professional and friendly. The massaging chair and Long Island Tea were also nice. It was a nice treat to myself and I plan to go back.

They didn't have the staff to handle the amount of customers they had coming in . There were only three techs. There was a man and a woman sitting in the back, their duty must have been phones since all they were doing was playing on theirs. Instead of turning away people, the three techs did a fast food version of nail service. Each station had a light or nail polishes or some other reminder that they hadn't cleaned between customers. My nail tech told the woman she was working on that she needed to push the light two more times then she would be finished. Then she came over to me. I told her I wanted 20 on one of the boards. it displays 4 cat's eye polished nails and one gliter. My tech glued, shaped and painted my fingers in less than 30 minutes. Minus the glitter nail. I asked about the glitter. She corrected that it was just cat's eye. The whirl wind told me I was done. I pointed out, to the tech, that she didn't paint the sides of the nail. She corrected one finger before rushing off to the next person. There are still 4 other fingers exactly like that one. She also left a gap between my fake nail and cuticle on my thumb that looks like a week or two's worth of growth. One nail was glued to my finger. You can see through the nails, was there supposed to be a primer? I would rather go to a nail bar that has time for me and who wants me to like my nails.
