2025-09-06Kelly and Ann are experts that I trust completely with my nails. Both ladies take the time to make sure my fresh set is exactly what I want. March 2025: Niva took the time to add fresh acrylic when she noticed my sides lifting. She’s the best! August 2025: Ann did it again w/ fresh shape & color for BTS. September 2025: Ann has me using “Builder Gel” instead of clear acrylic. Definitely feels lighter on my nails.

2025-10-01If customer service isn’t a priority for you, this place is fine because the nail quality is good. The only reason I continue coming back is that I really like how my nails turn out. However, I spend over $200 each visit on multiple services, and despite that, the way I’m treated is very disappointing.

2025-08-30I’ve been coming here for a while now but lately I feel like they overcharge for everything. I explain what I want and it seems like they intentionally add on extra services to charge more. Also last time I went, my nails were cut way too short and she left them extremely uneven. I gave them another try this week because they have been my go to spot, but I asked just for a toe nail repair and paint, no add ons and the lady still did an exfoliating and charged me for it. For the price, I think there are better salons to choose from in the area.

2025-11-12Called to get a price on gel and I was told $30 on the phone. When I get there the guy tells me it’s $50 and there’s no manicure with it! Plus the whole sign in thing was so impersonal. I chose to just get a regular manicure with regular polish. The manicure was terrible. It looked like a blind person painted my nails. I only went here because we moved from the other side of LC but I might just drive further to go to the place I like. Will not be back. I did not ever ask for builder gel. I don’t even know what that is. I would not choose to get a regular manicure if the cost for the gel was what was quoted on the phone.
