Luxe Nail Salon

I’ve been going here regularly with no problems until today. I came in for a gel x fill and received an acrylic overlay which I didn’t ask for. If I wanted acrylic I would have booked that. The length on my nails is short to medium at the LONGEST so I’m not sure why I was charged a long nail fee and since when is almond a special shape? $95 for a fill is absurd. When I asked for an itemized receipt I saw them scramble to add things to justify the price they gave me. Ridiculous. EDIT: charged for builder gel fill when I didn’t even receive that?

5 year long monthly customer. Sad to say I have to find a different salon. Second time in a row, I’ve Needed my nails fixed. I don’t live in town or have the Time to come back for corrections. I understand the quickness and efficiency of doing nails and pedicure at the same time. But when you do this, the job is half hearted. I also had my massage chair turned off halfway through Because He didn’t want to mess my nails up. That kind of defeats the purpose of sitting in them. This is the worst set of I think I’ve ever had.

Beutiful place, with respectful employees! I didn’t happen to catch my nail techs name, however she was so sweet and we had nice conversation. I left feeling considerably happier than I arrived (and with gorgeous nails) I loved the whole experience

This is my second visit to Lux Nail Salon, and I have to say — Henry is by far the absolute best at pedicures! He’s incredibly consistent and always does an excellent job. On top of his skill, he greets you with a big smile and has such a great attitude and personality. I highly, highly recommend Henry if you’re looking for quality service and a positive experience every time!

Got a pedicure the other day. The massage chair gave me horrible back pain that I’m still dealing with. I asked for gel and got regular polish instead. Had a difficult time paying in cash. No one offered me a drink. When I called to check if they had availability the man on the other end of the line flatly told me they were open and just hung up. I will NEVER return to this salon. I also wanted a manicure but the man at the front desk wouldn’t let me get the words out before he was directing me where to sit for my pedicure. The man who preformed my pedicure barely massaged my legs, I could barely feel the hot stones because he wasn’t pressing them against my legs or feet in a way that was productive. If I’m gonna pay $60 for a fancy pedicure it should at least be GOOD! I went here a few years ago and it was amazing. Great drinks, great staff, and memorable service. Seems like it’s gone downhill.
