I tried this nail salon for the first time and thought I had a good experience, so I decided to bring my daughter in a few days later for a fill. Unfortunately, just four days after my own appointment, my cat-eye design started lifting. I stopped by the salon hoping they could help. The technician filed down one nail and told me to come back an hour later if I wanted it fully fixed. That back-and-forth was already frustrating, but I came back as instructed.When I returned, a gentleman, not the original artist was tasked to fix. The staff kept going back and forth in their language, and the man who worked on me clearly didn’t seem happy about it. He was very rough and filed so hard a couple of times that he made me bleed. Overall, I left disappointed with how the situation was handled. While they did fix the issue, the experience was unpleasant, and I hope the nails don’t lift again. It felt like night and day compared to how I was treated as a new client versus when I returned with a problem that wasn’t my fault. I shouldn’t have to feel like I’m inconveniencing or a pest. The pictures show the lifting between the black and the top coat ( not sure of name). Pic also shows where I bled from the roughness of filing from the artist. Update: while I do appreciate the business responding. I wanted to add another picture( green circle ). This is a week after my original appt. Truly disappointed

I've been to Classy Nail Spa four to five times now & I'm excited to have found this place! Leanne (owner) & staff, specifically, Heidi & Lareina, are incredible! I get a builder gel mani & regular polish pedicure & I've always been satisfied! They always offer me something to drink, prices are great & competitive, and I never wait long! I always call before hand to make sure they can accommodate me, but I have walked in as well. The salon is clean and organized. Can't recommend enough!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this salon! From the moment you walk in, you feel genuinely welcomed. Lee, the owner, is absolutely incredible—so kind, personable, and truly makes you feel like more than just a number. It’s rare to find a place that treats you like family, and that’s exactly what Lee does! And Heidi… WOW. Her personality is just as wonderful as her work. She’s talented, creative, and so detail-oriented, and you can tell she really loves what she does. My nails come out PERFECT every single time. Between Lee’s amazing hospitality and Heidi’s unbelievable skill, this salon has easily become my favorite. I always leave feeling pampered, happy, and already excited for my next appointment. Highly, highly recommend! 💅✨

The service was amazing I walked in no wait time from the owners going over and beyond to make my day a great experience. Everyone was so nice and welcoming 10/10 recommend one of the best nail spa in Dallas TX. I’ve already made my next appointment.

My first time at this spa - I drive by it all the time and it's close to home, so thought I'd give it a try. I arrived shortly after they opened. I was there around 10:15 am. I didn't have an appointment but was seated quickly for my pedicure service. I also asked to have my nails shaped during my visit. A woman (perhaps the owner) quickly filed my nails and told me she'd put on a top coat to seal my gel manicure (from last week) to make it last a little longer. She went into the back and never came back out. One woman was instructing the technician that would be giving me a pedicure how to fill the tub. It was clear I was getting a new technician. My tech was extremely nice and provided a good pedicure. But it took a very long time. I didn't get out of there until 11:45 am. I let her know I was in a hurry and needed to go, so didn't let my toes dry at all. She did try to buff my nails to then do a top coat, but I told her I was out of time. I was under the impression that would've been done while I got the pedi. I went to the front desk to pay and no one was there to ring me up. I waited several minutes until another technician yelled to the back "she has to go"...and a gentleman came up to check me out. However, he did not know how to operate the register and got on the phone for instruction. The nail tech left her client to try to help but was also unable to get the register to work. Eventually, the man was instructed over the phone and took my payment. The pedicure was really nice - but seems like they need to focus on training and customer service.
