Mercedes Nail & Spa

First off, I wanted a simple French tip, I never asked for dip powder….but I don’t get my nails done enough to know to say something when he pulled that out. I didn’t want the “flesh” color on the base of my nails, it doesn’t even match my skin? Half of my nails look grown out already, one finger my literal nail is hanging out of the side so it doesn’t even cover my whole nail. He was so rough & cut me several times. And THEN had the audacity to charge me $60 for this? Absolutely do NOT recommend. I wanted to treat myself for my birthday and really wish I would’ve chose somewhere else. Sucks to pay $60 to go cry in my car because I hate them.

Terrible work and terrible customer service. When I asked the woman doing my nails to re-do a nail she made it seem like it was my fault that she did a terrible job because “it’s regular nail polish and not gel”. There was also a woman behind me that wasn’t happy with her nails and they didn’t try to fix it, they just argued with her. Don’t come here.

The Nail Spa is very clean & relaxing. They are very attentive. Lillie was my Nail Tech & she was very gentle & careful. She did an outstanding job. I will request her next time.

They opened an hour early just to fit me in. I was appreciative. They were very clean, and friendly. Massage chairs felt amazing. And to top it all off the prices were not unreasonable.
