I go here every two to three weeks for dip manicures, and they’re consistently great. I’ve seen several different techs, and every one has been precise, quick, and really detail oriented. My dip always looks clean, even, and long lasting. They also take their time with the soak off, which I appreciate. At a lot of salons my nails get filed down super thin, but that hasn’t been my experience here. I’ve only had one visit where my nails felt tender afterward, but every other time has been solid. The retention has been great, even though I’m pretty hard on my nails. I rarely deal with chipping, and if it happens it is usually a tiny chip at the tip toward the end of week two or three, which I can easily file down. For how much my nails go through, the sets hold up really well. I can’t speak on acrylics or pedicures since I only get dip, but the consistency and overall experience keep me coming back. It’s one of the best salons I’ve found in the area.

UPDATE— The spa reached out quickly and fixed my nails. Management and staff were so kind and handled the whole situation extremely well. I respect how they went about things and I ended up with a great set! :) Previous review: I’ve been here several times over the past year and the the quality seems to get worse each time 🥲 these are my nails after about a week but they started cracking same day. Only giving 3 stars because I’ve had some good experiences.

I genuinely feel robbed. In this economy, when you walk into a business and pay top dollar, you expect professional, consistent, high-quality service. Instead, I’m left staring at a nail job that was done just one hour ago, and it already looks like this. Absolutely unbelievable. This salon seriously needs to standardize their quality across all nail techs. Every visit feels like a gamble, hoping I get paired with someone competent. At this point, I honestly could have done a better job myself at home. This will be my last visit. I want a refund immediately. This level of service is unacceptable.

I went in wanting a specific design and the amazingly talented Tara looked at the picture and made my nails look INCREDIBLE. I love them so much. She took the time to be meticulous and made sure everything looked perfect. I never felt rushed which is my biggest pet peeve. My pedicure was also very relaxing.

Tara made me so happy today. I don’t usually get my nails done because of my OCD, I want to my nails have to be perfectly, but today I found my nail technician. She did french so perfect. I really like it, have to come back next time.
