Had a great experience! My nails look great and I didn’t feel like my time was rushed. Only 3 stars because polka dots being $20 is insane. I get that pricing for designs that require drawing but dots is highway robbery. Guess I’ll clarify pricing beforehand

I’ve been coming here for almost a year. The place isn’t as nice, bright, or modern as other places I’ve been but I overlooked it because they’ve done decent work on my nails. However, I was not satisfied with my service today. First, the lady doing my pedicure kept pressing me about which type of service I wanted even after I told her 3 times my preference. Then, another lady came up, looked at my finger nails, and told me they were too long to get dip powder on them (this is not the lady that ended up doing my nails. My natural nails have always been long and I’ve been getting them done since I was a child. No one has ever said this. Anyways, I agreed to cut them down a little but I didn’t want them short. Fast forward to me at the table to begin my dip powder service. I reiterated again that I would cut my nails in order to get dip, but I didn’t want them short. The lady cut about half of the length of my natural nails. Again, my nails have been longer before so I know she didn’t need to cut them that much to provide the service. I didn’t say anything while I was there because I was so frustrated and trying not to cry. The color of my nails is cute but they are short, the shape isn’t the best, and it’s just not what I wanted. Unfortunately, I probably won’t be back. I am including pictures of my nails before (the blue nails) and what I received today (the green nails).

I have never had a nail tech that I was happy with mostly cause I grew up with a nail tech for my best friend and she was very good. Stella did so good. I gave her my inspo and she made it come through. She checked in with me and made sure I liked what she was doing. She was meticulous and detailed. I'll definitely go back for her. The staff was amazing too. They offered me something to drink. They allowed me to move my appt. I actually had an appt for the day after but realized I couldn't make it so I moved it. The nail tech I needed for the inspo I wanted wasn't there so I changed the design I wanted. They communicated with me rather than saying yes to a design that may not have been what I wanted. I’ve been coming here for a while and i’ve always left so happy. Especially today, Stella did my nails and she’s so kind and talented, I couldn’t reccommend anyone more. 10/10 service, people and experience🤍 (it’s also rare i write reviews but i truly love my nails here)

I have been here twice and it is just okay. I got cat eye polish and it’s obvious the guy who did it did not know how to do cat eye jelly polish. If you are going to offer something you should make sure everyone can do it. As you can see in the photo it is not cat eye at all. I have a feeling he knew it wasn’t and charged me $78 anyways. The pedicure part is fine. But the service is inconsistent and not up to standard. Wouldn’t come back.
