Five STARS!! Great Service! I had a pedicure and a manicure. First I'm going to tell you about my Pedicure, then I will post photos of my Manicure. I was limping due to pain in my lower back, left knee and hip when I arrived. So I opted for the Detox CBD + Tingling Mint Pedicure. (I also turned on the massage chair.) It was worth every penny. When the pedicure ended I was able to walk, to the manicure chair (no limping). After the manicure I was able to walk to my car and into my home. It's been about 2 1/2 hours since my pedicure, and I'm still feeling better, than I've felt the last 4 days. I understand the massage and the CBD will eventually wear off, but when you have had non stop pain that muscle relaxer, inflammation medication, and pain medication, has only barely took the edge off of for the last 4 days, a few hours of pain relief is a blessing. I found a photo online of a Manicure that I wanted. I can't have very long nails due to my job. I showed them the photo on my phone and they replicated it for me. Everyone was so nice and very professional. I highly recommend Osmosis Salon and Spa. I'm also going to include photos of their menu, so you can see the pricing.

Honestly the worst experience Ive ever had. Asked for pink to white hombre, they looked at them several times so I finally got the feeling they couldn't do it so I just decided on a soft pink but when he did my toes it was not the color I picked I kept telling him he just kept painting. Don't have time to go back so just picked a pearl white for my nails, it is just ok but he rushed through it and they are just acceptable. I am so upset. Then he chanced after me and said I didnt pay which I did. $130 for something I am not happy with. Came back out and said oh you paid. Yeah I know. Not going back at all ever. I saw such great reviews, was happy I didnt have to drive into Tyler, well guess im going back to tyler.

My mom wanted to get mani/pedis and I haven’t found a salon I like in Athens yet. I had been here once before a long time ago but didn’t like and I couldn’t remember why so I decided to give it another go, especially since the reviews are so good for Hannah and josh. They were super nice and professional but as I was getting my pedicure done, I remembered why I hadn’t liked it the first time. I had the same tech as before and Hannah and josh worked on my mom’s nails. The tech, I never got his name, cut my toenails way so short that the nail bed is showing and made two of them bleed and one of them is scabbing over now. He also, way over did it with my cuticles and I have several cuts on them and they are red and painful. He was very nice and my nails look good but it is painful. Luckily I have some cuticle oil, which he did not use. Hopefully, the cuts on my toes don’t get infected. My mom had no complaints about the work Hannah and Josh did and her nails look awesome! I don’t think I will be coming back unless I can make sure that I don’t get the same tech. They were all very nice and welcoming and I will say he did a great job with the massage that came with pedicure.

I liked how this salon accepted walk-ins , and how friendly they are. I would definitely be coming back.

I have went to a lot of nail salons in the Tyler area and the OSMOSIS is far better than any of them. I have found my new place for my manicures and pedicures!!! Anthony was totally awesome with my pedicure. He took his time and made my terrible ugly toes & feet beautiful again. He was great. Vanessa took care of my manicure and made my nails gorgeous! I’m old school and like a good French Manicure and she did a perfect wonderful job.
