2024-08-14I had an appointment but when I showed up, the salon was locked and there was no indication as to why. After 15 minutes, I tried calling Clara (impossible) - no answer. I waited another 10 minutes and left. The next day I received a call from Clara but was not able to answer it. She did not leave a message - so no explanation, or apology or anything from her. I had been a customer for years and had always been more than happy with my hair. A few months later, she posted to Facebook about clients not showing up for their appointments and how inconsiderate it was to the stylist. Really. What about when the stylist doesn’t show up for the client?
