2025-06-09I got the Venetian Signature Manicure, never again. The service was disappointing, and the overall experience left me feeling disrespected. From the moment my sister and I walked in, it felt like we were being judged. We were asked to choose a nail color, but the technician assigned to me deliberately kept her hand over the price list while trying to upsell me. I politely declined, explaining that I have eczema flare-ups and preferred to skip polish altogether. Still, she kept insisting, even suggesting shine or colorless polish after I said no multiple times. After applying oil on my hands, and the moisture, the lady kept my hands on the same towel with all the cleaned gunk, didn’t think that was common lol It felt like they assumed I had never been to a salon before… just days prior, I had a great experience elsewhere. What bothered me most, though, was how they constantly spoke to my sister about my service instead of addressing me directly. She had to redirect them to talk to me more than once. I wear a headscarf, she doesn’t, I’ll let you draw your own conclusions. It was a mistake not to check the reviews beforehand and go in based on the name alone. Nyta is my pedicure guru (especially if you suffer from ingrown nails) and Kali is my nail tech that delivers the most gorgeous set of nails I've ever had. I would absolutely recommend... you will not be disappointed.
