Had my first ever Russian manicure today with Daria and I had the best experience. She was very nice, attentive, and thorough. She has incredible attention to detail and really took her time. I am incredibly happy with the results. I will return! Thank you very much for this wonderful experience and outcome Daria!

Beyond Rude and Completely Unprofessional! I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional nail tech. She rescheduled my appointment just an hour before I was supposed to come, and I didn’t argue or make a fuss — I simply adjusted my plans. But when I texted her ahead of time on the new day to let her know I was running 15 minutes late, she cancelled my appointment on the spot! Instead of being understanding or appreciative that I communicated, she was rude, cold, and completely lacking any customer service skills. Then she had the nerve to say she wouldn’t accept me as a client anymore — as if she’s someone special. Please! There are hundreds of talented Russian manicurists in Dallas who actually know how to treat clients with respect. She’s got a bad attitude, no people skills, and clearly doesn’t understand basic professionalism. If you value your time, energy, and sanity — go somewhere else.

I recently visited Daria to have my nails done as my usual place was busy. Once I arrived Daria barely smiled at me and wasn’t friendly at all I sat quietly and let her do her thing. She then asked where I was from, to which I replied and said I was from Allen. She then said “No, what’s your ethnicity?” I replied and she didn’t acknowledge my answer or say a word. Things just got worse after . She put the gel on thick so I got a couple of heat spikes and she just rudely replied put them back in the lamp. She lost control of her drill once and hurt my nail and didn’t even apologize or ask if I was ok. Once she was done my nails were square and I asked for little more rounded edges(squoval)She looked at me dirty and there was no reply. I said are u ok. And still no reply to me and just stared at me, so I said so can u make them a little round and she just ignored me and said you said soft square. I said yes but this isn’t soft square can you make the edges more round? She didn’t budge and didn’t reply and just kept looking at me in an angry way. I said ok I’ll do it myself and she didn’t care one bit.cant imagine a nail tech not wanting to make a little edge rounded and considering it some big deal. I’ve never met anyone so rude and obnoxious in my life that too being in a field of customer service. Not wanting to make a customers nails as they asked for and just staring blank and angry is wild to me!! I paid her and left and would never visit her again. I’ve never really experienced racism in all my life and i was born in USA. it wouldn’t even occur to me except she was unfriendly when she saw me. We didn’t even have a conversation so what else can it be except she wasn’t ok with my ethnicity as the only question she had was to ask my ethnic background. She shouldn’t be in customer service if she doesn’t want to serve customers from all backgrounds. I wouldn’t recommend this lady ever. Added my nail pic. They’re uneven and straight and not the soft edges I wanted. Even if this is her idea of a soft edge she could’ve filed a little when I asked instead of acting so rude and outright refusing to. Honestly I’m flabbergasted at her behavior still. Never met someone like this. Came home and fixed my nails myself!!! Replying to Daria’s accusations. I was 7 or 8 min late to appt and I apologized to her and she could’ve very well refused to do service if it was an issue. It would’ve saved me this trouble. Second- I was refused by other nail techs?? How dare you lie. Anyone can call my salon and confirm your lie and I encourage it. I visit Aia salons and I love the techs there. I couldn’t get an appt till 7/14 cause I was late booking and my nails were over grown so I thought to find a place close by. That’s why I tried this place. I literally visit another stylist in same building for over a decade and we have a great time. It’s very rare I don’t get along with people in any line of customer service. Slouching, taking a call? These are your accusations ? I had someone waiting outside my house to do a delivery. People take calls all the time. You just had to address it if it’s an issue. I refused to give my hand? I came to get my nails done and I will refuse to give my hand?? Would that make sense to anyone? Dust getting on my hand from counter and you wiping it is an issue? Nothing u say makes sense. Your drill slipping, hurt you? Did you even ask if it hurt me? No. You nicked and hurt me. Did u even acknowledge how the heat spikes felt despite me saying ouch? No Being a migrant doesn’t absolve someone of racism. I don’t take light to accusing anyone of racism. My entire life I’ve not felt it. The only thing you wanted to ask about me in my entire time I was there was what my ethnic background is? And nothing else about me. What a crazy coincidence. Above all, just blatantly refusing to file a little nail edge because you decided this is what a soft square is. Paying you $100 and filing it myself at home unimaginable yet here we are. Im done with this. Being in customer service and kindness should go hand in hand.

If I could give 0 stars I will This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a nail tech. she is rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in customer service. No effort to communicate, no courtesy, just attitude. If you’re looking for someone friendly or respectful of your time, look elsewhere. She clearly doesn’t care about her clients or her business.
