I’ve been to Nail Boutique a dozen times since moving to DFW, and it’s become my go-to spot. Booking online is super easy, and when I arrive I’m always greeted and acknowledged. I usually wait about 5–15 minutes to be seated for my appointment, which is totally reasonable. I don’t request a specific nail tech and usually go with whoever is available, it almost always works out. Only once did I have a less-than-perfect outcome, but the tech was so kind and sweet that I couldn’t even be upset. The salon itself is clean, bright, modern, and beautifully kept. They have a great selection of nail lacquer brands, and if you bring in an idea or design, they’ll recreate it with impressive attention to detail. They’re always current with trends, colors, and techniques, so your nails come out looking fresh and polished. Another nice touch is the complimentary refreshment bar, I’ve been offered everything from water, soft drinks, to cocktails, which makes the visit feel a little more special. Overall, Nail Boutique is a solid, reliable salon with a relaxing atmosphere and talented staff. I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars, and I’ll definitely continue coming back.

I was a costumer here for over a year and in the last few months after bringing a new customer to this location. Not only were they very unsatisfied with their service— nail paint on a gel acrylic set came off within the first few days of getting it done— My experiences following where below satisfactory. To me it seems like they want to get you in the door then once they have your money , they start to care less and less about you individually. I also would say be careful about buying gift cards for anyone here. But my dad and Father’s Day gift card this year yet some how when it was Time to use it, Some lady at the front desk tried to lie and say that the gift card was purchased in 2024, was used twice in February by a person with a completely different name not related to us or our purchase , and had a balance of 0$. This made no sense when the card was bought in may of 2025. I will not be returning due to the lack of care and attention and weird activity with the gift card .

Rick is my go-to nail tech, and I honestly can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my nails. His attention to detail, creativity, and calm energy make every appointment something I genuinely look forward to. He listens to what I want, adds his own magic, and the result is always better than I imagined. My nails look amazing every single time — but more importantly, I feel pampered and cared for. The salon itself is clean, relaxing, and beautifully kept. It’s the kind of place where you can unwind, be yourself, and leave feeling refreshed and confident. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for not just beautiful nails but a truly heartwarming experience, this is it. 💅💖

I just moved back to Dallas from Houston after 15 years, and I feel so lucky to have found Van! She was absolutely AMAZING. Not only is she incredibly kind and welcoming, but her attention to detail is next-level. She actually knows what builder gel is (which is surprisingly rare), and she used it perfectly—my nails look flawless! No lumps, no overly thick layers—just beautiful, natural-looking nails that I can’t stop staring at. I’ve had builder gel done at other places before, and it’s never looked this clean or professional. Van clearly takes pride in her work and knows exactly what she’s doing. I’m beyond happy with the results and can confidently say I’ve found my go-to nail tech in Dallas. Highly, highly recommend her!

My sister and i have been going to this nail salon for a while now. we did a walk-in yesterday, the busiest day of the week for a salon, and they were able to accommodate us quickly and easily! The girl at the front desk was so kind and welcoming with great info and showed us where to find our Gel-X colors. After we sat for a minute, we were sat by a lovely employee (i do apologize, i did not get her name) and both were taken care of by her. She had great conversation that was kind and engaging, and she even gave us great drink recommendations off of their menu! While she was doing our sets, we found out that she had not had lunch and it was 2PM!! The dedication to making sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our visit, so we thank you for taking the time. Many of these employees are working with little break time, and we want to thank them all for their quality and professionalism. We have been back a few times and have loved their services every time. There was also a gentleman who helped place and shape my nail extensions, which is hard to do with my crooked fingers, but they were perfect, so i thank him! He also hand-painted each of my sisters' french tips on the nails, and they are flawless. I thank you all for your time and attention to detail-we will be coming back again many times. ❤️
