2024-08-13very nice staff, but i had an appointment at 11:00. originally it was at 12:00 so boom she already changed the time. then i had asked her if i could cancel, but i asked before i did because some techs give you a certain time to cancel at least my nail tech. so i obviously asked. then after i asked if the appointment was at 11 she stopped answering. she then told me that she told a client a spot was already open. 🤦♀️ literally 30 minutes before my appointment she told me. just terrible

2025-02-14I went at my appt time, and it was locked with no one inside. When I called, she said I had the wrong time, but I’m certain I did. She had left for the day even though the hours say they’re supposed to be open for walkins. The sign even said open. There was no apology or acknowledgement that she could’ve written the time down wrong—it was just “you weren’t there at your time, so I left.”
