DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE. My sister got hers done, photo of inspiration, what was provided and what they did to “fix” the initial set. She is 16 she got her first check wanted to go alone for the first time. She tried to tell them something they brushed it off told her it’s okay, she came home unhappy she called back to get them fixed and they said yes come in we will fix them. They failed to tell her that they wouldn’t fix the shape, holes or length because everything was rushed and not done correctly. When she showed up they offered her poop brown and black. She chose brown and they looked worse than before. Not only that they peeled off within a few hours. Don’t waste your money. When she told them about the shape and color they basically bullied her into keeping what she had. Again she is 16 and wanted to do something for herself. She’s had them done several times before and had great experiences with OTHER nail technicians. She decided to give them a try and that was the worst thing she could’ve done. I went to get dip power on my nails and the next day, 3 nails cracked. I repeat the next day, so I called to get them fixed which they did and it was great until the nail broke the same night. I’ve gotta nails my entire life but I’ve never had such problems, the dipping powder used is terrible quality.

It started off great, they were super friendly and quick to get me seen even though I was a walk in. The first half was wonderful, the tech was being super thorough and I had high hopes. I just wanted simple as you can see, just long matte black coffin acrylics. There were some red flags in the beginning, the tech was watching something in his phone while working in my nails, made me a little uncomfy but I didn't say anything. Then it got bad, more people started coming in (walk-ins like myself) and that's when he started rushing. He stopped being meticulous and checking with me to make sure I liked everything. All I got was black acrylic with a matte top coat and I was charged $82... (my first time going here btw) for my nails to look like this. I'm not very confrontational so I just paid and left but I really wish I didn't... Honestly I don't recommend going here, they rush so they can see more people and make more money. I'm sure their work would be wonderful on a really slow day. It's frustrating, I love having my nails done and usually I go with more high-end design which I am really happy I didn't end up going with this time, but I don't think the work received was worth that kind of money.

My daughter and I could have had a better experience. After signing in, my daughter (11yo) and I wanted to sit together. The lady was trying to get us to separate but I insisted that we prefer to be sat near each other and not across the room from each other. The woman seemed annoyed by that but we still sat near each other. During the appointment, both ladies we SO rough and the one handling my daughter even yanked my daughters hand/arm towards her a few times. I was cut multiple time with the electric filer and the entire process was just so rough! The ladies could have definitely been more gentle. The nails were actually done decently so we were happy about that. But the service was awful. Especially by the lady doing my daughter’s nails. We won’t be going back.

If I could put zero stars I would . Your establishment should be ashamed . This isn’t the first review of someone feeling unheard . I asked for a high arch , don’t take the ends off of my eyebrows and this is the service I received . I can see exactly why there was nobody in there . On top of that you guys have the audacity to charge 20$ , for below mediocre service . I will never go back to your chop shop again .
