If you are in any way unsatisfied, talk to Debra! She is the owner who grew up "with hair" in her grandparents' salon! She has great experience and is so very very kind! Update! Debra came through!!!!! We, obviously could not make the front longer, but she fixed the back!!!! Thank you so much! Yesterday, I was crying because I was upset. Today, I am crying because I am so grateful!

Shop is handicapp accessible with restrooms. The staff are some of the best. The prices are very competitive. All beauty salon tasks are completed on schedule and all work is guaranteed. Your stylist are eager and ready to serve you, at your requested date and time. Stylist are school trained and certified.

Been here a couple times. Had a wonderful experience with Madison the first time, but second time was turned away because they didn't have aanyone available for me, despite having a reservation. Totally understand that people have emergencies/call out sick but would definitely appreciate a courtesy call before I drive all the way there and wait in the lobby for 20 min! Unfortunately probably won't be back.

I had an appointment with Kelsey this morning at 9 am. I was running late. It was a storm that night and still pouring when I woke up 20 min before 9. I called the salon and left the message apologizing for possibly being late. I arrived at the place around 9:30 , the girl at the front desk informed me that she checked me in and everything is fine since Kelsey was running late as well. While waiting, I had noticed an interesting wig on a shelf and asked for the price since all wigs were 40%off. The front desk girl told me : “I don’t know, I will have to get to these prices, I will find out and let you know”. She never did, she continued to chat with another girl at the desk about this and that, later they were ordering the food. She never cared to find the price for me. Yet, it’s only a part of the problem. It was getting late. I was waiting already 20 more minutes and started to wonder if Kelsey is even at the building? I asked the front girl again if Kelsey is there? She informed me, yes, she is somewhere here. She just saw her a moment ago. She went to checked, while I asked a co-owner the same question. I told him that it takes Kelsey a lot of time to do my hair and I don’t have time to waste. He also told me that he saw her. He went to the back looking for her. In a second the front girl is coming back checking the computer screen. I asked again if Kelsey is there. She said” just give me a second “, to which I replied “ it just a simple answer: yes or no. She replied “ no, she is not here yet”!!!!! Why people lie to you? Why they can’t face the truth which is the easiest way to deal with the problem? I would totally understand. The good high quality salon would try to accommodate you if they know someone is running so late. Who would wait an hour for the stylist? If I would not have been 30 min late that’s what would happen. I did not appreciate that lying attitude of the employees. It felt like I was not a customer, I was just a number to them. It just made me wonder if Kelsey was ever aware she had this appointment to attend in a first place? I usually do not post my comments if they are bad. However, all those ratings are Soooooo Goood. Maybe they are not so good, people don’t care to post them. I do care. This may happen to you one day. My time is very valuable and they should be respectful to every customer.

This was my first time here. I’m visiting TN. I showed a picture of the color with high lites and low lights along with the cut I wanted. The color that came out I am disappointed in, it does not look like the color in the picture I showed her. It does not look like the cut I showed her either. She never took a razor to clean up the back or sides as it’s a given with my style. She started to use a curling iron and I told her no. The cut does not require that. I also had my eyebrows waxed and I honestly don’t think she knew what she was doing. I had to tell her 3 times what to fix that should have been common sense. I paid $140 for all of this which I thought was outrageous when she told me. My hairdresser in NY does it all for $70. Very unhappy and will not recommend Meagan and going there for those prices.
