I immediately felt so comfortable with her & she was so incredibly sweet! She knows what she’s doing for sure! Highly, highly recommend getting your hair done by Ms. Hollywood! 2024-12-22I sent my wife and daughter on a spa day recently. Made an appointment 2 weeks prior. They showed at the time given, only to be told they arrived late. Fast forward 2 weeks later. They show up on time, they spent half the time telling my wife they wouldn't perm her hair. She wasn't satisfied with the general attitude of the staff. Seemingly it appeared they weren't interested in doing what she asked of them. O erall impression, if youre not a regular customer find another Hair and spa.
