DN Nail Springfield

I made a last minute appt, I arrived and Sona did my nails, on time. This was my first visit & I will be a returning customer. This is one of the best sets of nails I’ve had.

When I came in I asked for, full set of gel nails. Due to the nail tech not understanding my request after 3 times of trying to tell her I wanted longer nails. I left with these short stubs and not even the color I picked which was a pink NOT red. Won't go back.

It needs to be zero stars. They were busy skip steps didn’t clean the nails before putting on the polish just so they could get to the next person. We didn’t get want we paid for for sure. 300.33 for not what we wanted. Then when we voiced our concern she told us she was busy and can’t help us. Rude, unprofessional, and we’ll never go back!

Scarlett is the best love her work 💗 but the guy that works there the older gentleman is very rude I was getting my nails done and he banged on the window to tell Scarlett to hurry and it was not very professional at all

I asked for full set white tip and she tried to convince me to get gel dip. Then since she was mad I didn't want what she offered, she didn't remove all of the acrylic from my nails. This would not be a problem if I was not a mechanic and had chemicals oil and ect under my old nail beds. I stated this while I was still in the pedicure chair, she said don't worry I'll fix it. She did not then once my poopy nails were done she put some kind of pearlescent glitter over the nail and claimed she had fixed it. NEVER ASKED ME IF I EVEN WANTED IT, AND CHARGER ME $100 - FOR PEDICURE ($40) AND FULL SET White tip MANICURE (60). She also didnt clean out the left over nail bed crud from the tips, and she painded acrylic all over my fingers! She also told me it would be a price then changed the price while I was sitting in the pedicure chair. Prices for the pedicure were on the sheet but nothing for manicure. Photos will be attached. Look I'm not a Karen or anything but this was the one time I almost exploded in YEARS!! SHE DIDNT HEAR ME OUT DIDNT FIX THE PROBLEM WHEN I ASKED AND PROCEEDED TO JUST ADD MORE ACRYLIC ON TOP OF IT BECAUSE SURE that'll make it better!!
