2025-02-16This was one of the more pleasant nail experiences I've had. Got a basic Mani Pedi with Gel. I didn't originally intend on getting gel, but instead of up selling me the gentleman doing my nails educated me on the benefits and if I wanted it, never pressured me. Got everything I wanted. It's a quiet place as well, music is at a perfect volume. Walked in and was sat in less than 30 minutes.

2025-09-29If I could leave 0 stars I would. A friend gifted me with a gift card to this nail salon. I went yesterday and it was horrible. I got a pedicure. Water was cold, they didn’t paint my whole nail, didn’t shape them, I could go on. Then at checkout they refused to honor the gift card that was $50 total, then told me since they could find it in their system (which is a spiral notebook) they would only honor it for $25. Then asked me to pay $40 on top of that. Worst experience ever

2024-10-19I went to get a fill on some nails that I LOVED and got done in cali. The woman that did my nails charged me 60 dollars for the fill, which I think is insane, but not their fault bc I never asked. She redid my thumb bc It came off completely, and it didn’t match the shape and noticed paint peeling that night. The next day I was cleaning my room and my middle finger’s nail came right off with ease. I thought it was impossible for nails to come off the day after getting them done. I called and they fixed it for free but the shape is horrible, and they made it seem like they were doing ME a favor by not charging me to fix it. I feel like these nails will last me a week tops just because of their poor quality. I have NEVER paid $60 for a fill, let alone a full set and I am just truly disappointed with the craftsmanship due to the amount I had paid.

2025-06-17I had the worse pedicure I have ever had. I girl was PO’d because I didn’t want gel. I just wanted a quick pedicure. The girl left me two different times and started working on women. So, she had 3 different people going at the same time. I’ve never ever had that happen. It was not relaxing at all. The paint job was shitty, actually I had the polish chip within 24 hours. Don’t waste your money, with all the nail salons in Spring Hill pick another place.
