Liberty Nails Salon

I have been going to this nail salon for 5+ years. They originally just had the left side and the right side was a hair salon, now it’s one big salon and looks so nice. I initially floated around tech to tech until I got Lee. One of my main things when getting my nails done is consistency and I want to be in and out. Lee has me in and out the salon within an hour for a refill and pedicure. She is consistent and super fast. She’s good at simple designs-if this is what you’re looking for go to her!!

Tina always does the bed work and everyone is always friendly and nice!!! Highly recommend coming here to get your nails done! 💕💕💕

I was supposed to WAIT for my polish to dry, but your other employees would not let me stay in the shop to WAIT. Your store had 3 customers when this happened. 2 were doing manicure, 1 was doing pedicure. It was not busy at all. Two of your staff told me to walk out of your store while my toes were still wet (right after the nail tech fixed it). One of them repeatedly said: “sorry, sorry okay? Sorry, sorry, sorry” Then I said my polish wasn’t dry and I needed to wait, she said: “sorry, you have to go. Sorry just go, okay? Sorry” The question is: sorry for what? Sorry that she is kicking me out? Sorry that i am not allow to wait there? Then again: “sorry, just go, you have to go, you have to leave.” She kept pushing me toward the counter to pay my bill. After I paid, I turned around to grab my water, and she physically blocked me like I wasn’t allowed to step back inside. I felt humiliated, like I was someone unwelcome or a disturbance. That is my main issue—not the polish, not the fix, but being kicked out of your store while my service was not even finished. Now you’re asking me to call the store—for what? The problem already happened right in front of your staff. My concern is very clear: I was “KICKED OUT” of your store and treated in a humiliating way. I hope you take this seriously and address the behavior of your employees. --------- Original review ------------ I came here with my spouse for a pedicure. The massage, scrub, and overall service started off really well. The tech who did my toes was very kind and patient—she even offered to redo my polish when it wasn’t drying properly and suggested I wait a little longer. However, the experience took a disappointing turn. The other two employees (and possibly the owner) told me to just walk out with flimsy disposable slippers even though my nail polish was still wet. It was 40 degrees outside, and I had to walk a bit to get to my car. By the time I arrived at my car, my feet were dirty again. I spent total of $133 on services and tipped $20 for my spouse tech since she helped cleaning my hands and $27 for mine. I believe I deserved better treatment, especially when I was simply asking to wait for my polish to dry properly. If it smudged, the tech could fix it since I was still in their store. It’s disappointing to end an otherwise good service with such poor customer care. I hope they improve how they treat clients, especially at the end of the service. Won't back here for sure!

I have been going here for a total of 2 years now and have NEVER had a problem. They give free drinks, the wait isn’t long and all the ladies are super nice and very good at their job.😀🥰

I absolutely love Liberty Nails! I’ve been coming here for a while now, and they never disappoint. Every single visit, my nails come out perfect. Sue did my nails this time and did such an amazingly flawless job!!! I get my pedicures with Thy—so she’s simply the best. I’ve also had my nails done by Kim in the past, and she’s just as amazing. On top of their talent, everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. You always feel taken care of from the moment you walk in. Highly recommend!! 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
