2025-09-26First time here and I hated it. My nails are literally butchered. My side walls are super filed in. I asked for square French UV gel. She tried to draw the French OVER THEM! The damage is done!! I’m a nail technician and there’s no way I would let someone leave like this. I walked out mid service and told them I didn’t want anything anymore. My nails were naturally nice and square already!! She didn’t have to do anymore filing. The French isn’t going to look right if the nail isn’t right properly square!! I’m very disappointed. My nails have been super healthy for 8 months and the one time I want to get my nails done, this happens. I’m very upset and I will not be coming back.
