Indulge Nail Studio

I love this place. Went in for the deluxe pedicure and a manicure as a Mother’s Day present. An was great, and everyone is so friendly. Great work, great chats, and a bonus old mascot dog napping in my lap the entire time. Will be making regular appearances here, for cuticle and cute dog purposes. Self-care staples.

After much research into nail salons in my neighborhood, I decided to try Indulge Nail Studio. I could not be happier with the experience!! The salon itself is so nice and clean. They have an amazing selection of OPI colors, which is my favorite brand. Tammy shaped my natural nails exactly how I wanted and she was so chill and fun to talk to. I only ever get regular nail polish and a lot of places don’t even have the hand dryers anymore to dry your nails!! Luckily this place does. She also offered me a coffee or tea which is a really nice service as well. Will be exclusively coming back here for as long as I live nearby!

I have never written a review and I contemplated it all weekend but I’m still annoyed so here we are. I had a terrible dip nail experience. I called and she told me it would be $55 for a dip manicure. I went and as she was taking off my current dip she left halfway through to eat pizza….. after ten minutes she came back and finished taking the dip off with a nail file and an electric nail file and she was so rough and it was very very painful. When she finished doing the dip there was polish and dip all over my fingers and she said “it’ll come off in the shower” it looked SO bad (picture is after my shower, it was 10x worse before). When she rung me up she said it was $60 because she put gel on top of the dip without asking. AND it chipped the next day. The other people the worked there looked very decent from what I saw but my experience with this girl was terrible.

EDIT: Awful pedicure. My cuticles were clipped so far down they burned in the shower afterwards. Then they started healing to my socks and it got so bad I couldn't wear closed toed shoes for a week. EDIT 2: Just got my tips taken off and I begged for them to cut my nails shorter because they're so thin and they said they couldn't. I ended up ripping 4 nails down past the quick within 6 hours after. Needed a new nail art spot and this place was AMAZING. Thank you, Mai, for my beautiful claws!
