2025-08-19Super disappointed with our nails. I was excited to try Luxe after reading lots of great reviews and took my Nana there on Sunday for mani pedis. The salon was clean and they were busy but no one greeted us or pointed out where to check in when we arrived. My nail tech shaped my nails nicely, however, 48 hours later I had 4 chipped finger nails with gel polish, four nails that were painted over the cuticle and are now catching on my hair and I don’t intensely use my hands. My nails finger nails were shaped nicely by one nail tech but was given the worst pedicure by a different tech - her nails were cut diagonally - all different lengths, and the pain job looked like my 3 year old niece did it. She then ran off and did another client’s pedicure even though my nana was waiting for a manicure which we had booked ahead of time. Very very disappointing especially for how much we paid for it. We won’t be coming back.

2025-09-02Luxe is so clean and well-stocked. They offered me drinks and the salon was nice and cool with a pleasant essential oil smell. Thu did my dip powder set in L16 and she was a total perfectionist. I am so happy with the results.

2025-06-05Laura and/or Stephanie are the way to go if you’re working with your natural nail! They are patient, knowledgeable, nice, have great communication, take pride in their work, and their clientele stays with them. They are very open and accept honesty about corrections if there is any that needs to be made or adjusting! Overall, they are great! I was never one to stay with a nail tech because I was never pleased enough to stay with one but I consistently stay with either of those two! They are great! I never had to worry about the quality of their work.

2025-11-26Finally, a nail salon that isn’t a chop shop! Actually took off my gel polish properly and had a relaxing massage (not just spreading lotion around) during the basic pedicure. Found my new salon! Update: Thu kills the game. Love her.
