Vip Nail Spa

So i came in to get my nails done and the place was not clean. I would NOT come back the lady kept making mistakes on it and the stuff did not look sanitized. I got the french tip nails short and it costed 95$ because they charged me 10$ extra for manicure just because i asked them to cut my cuticles. the nails are chunky and uncomfortable, my thumb nail has been in pain ever since i got it and before she applied acrylic i told her the nail tip wasnt even on my nail-bed it was on my skin and she just did it anyways. I am now bleeding and in pain trying to remove it because the discomfort and pain it has caused me. I am so disappointed.

My sister and I had a wonderful experience here. My sister loves her new nails, and I am happy with my pampered feet. Although the service takes a bit of time, it's well worth it for the relaxing sensation it offers. The staff is very friendly , and they even offered us complimentary drinks. We will definitely return and recommend this place to everyone!

Kristina was amazing. She made my daughter's birthday experience wonderful. She has great customer service and was very accommodating to my daughter's needs and concerns. Her expertise and attention to detail was on point. She did a wonderful and amazing job on my daughter's nail. I would definitely recommend her and the nail salon to anyone. My daughter will continue to go to her and will be a lifelong customer.

I was somewhat coerced into giving a review yesterday by having a QR code thrown in front of me before I could even thoroughly expect my nails so this is my actual review. At first glance, my nails look really good, but I’m now finding chips and imperfections that should not be there. The goals design that I have on one of my fingers it’s already starting to come off and showing the color underneath because it wasn’t properly sealed. The other design work is nice but the lack of care for me as a customer felt really real and I think it’s reflected in the issues. I’m finding with my nails right now. While admittedly, it took me a little bit of time to figure out what I exactly went in my nails to look like, when I came in I had to wait several minutes for anybody to acknowledge me, when I was ready after using the restroom again had to wait to be acknowledged, it took a long time before anybody offered me a drink or even showed me the nail colors despite my asking. All of these things should’ve encouraged me to leave, but to be honest with you, I was tired, am disabled, and just wanted to get my nails done before I left town (I’m not from Nashville). Despite asking for the second tier pedicure, it felt very rushed, and I noticed that everyone else who had pedicures were able to sit in the chair far longer than me. Closer inspection shows that some of my toenails were cut on an angle and I just kinda have to live with that until it’s time for me to get a polish change elsewhere. As for my nails, I shared those imperfections, but a couple of other things with my manicure didn’t sit well with me. I was charged $10 extra to get my cut which is a complementary service literally everywhere I’ve ever gotten my nails done ever. I also had to ask for a hot towel to clean the acrylic dust off of my hands at the end because of the service because they didn’t even brush that off. I’m really kind of sad that this was my experience because the shop has such good reviews. I mean, even being pushed to give a review immediately before I left this salon or even paid for services instead of on my own time really unsettling. That all said, the work they do is OK, but the service was really lacking for me and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone else because of all of the things I described above. I’m unsure of why I received such a lack of care, but it was felt enough for me to have to come back and leave an additional review because the original was not given freely. I literally had someone standing over me until I pressed send was deeply uncomfortable.

Tried coming here a few times and every time my nails are a different price but I get the same thing just a different color. I will always have 2/3 different people work on my nails and just to get a full set it takes 2 hours. Don’t recommend spend your money elsewhere.
