Apex Nails is truly the best nail salon I have ever been to. Every time I walk in, I ask for the most ridiculous, over-the-top designs and I never even have an appointment, yet they crush it every single time. I have had different technicians on almost every visit and somehow the quality is consistently flawless no matter who I get. The owner is incredibly hands-on and attentive, constantly checking in with her team to make sure every client is getting top-tier service. You can feel how much pride they take in their work. Their customer service is honestly unmatched. They do the cutest giveaways, and today they literally handed me a Christmas gift with nail oil, hand lotion, and cozy Christmas socks for every guest, not just me. Who does that? They also decorate the salon for every holiday, which makes the whole experience fun and festive. And on days when I am in a rush, they will do my manicure and pedicure at the same time if they have the staff available. Total lifesaver. Pricing is super reasonable, especially considering the wild designs I request on a regular basis. Apex Nails has me as a forever customer. Highly recommend!

The very first day I came to this salon, Q did my nails & he’s pretty much done them ever since! I cannot recommend Q enough!!!! Also, he’s so good with designs (which I rarely let him do because I am so simplistic, but I let him this time and I love them!). Q NEVER fails me, my nails are always perfect! Go see him!!!!!! The entire salon is wonderful too, you won’t regret coming here❤️

I’ve been a loyal customer at this salon for a long time. I come regularly for manicures and pedicures and have spent hundreds of dollars here over time. But after my most recent experience, I’m officially done. This isn’t the first time I’ve walked out with nails that were poorly done. It has happened several times — to the point where I’ve had to return the same day, the next day, or even the following week to have my nails redone or the color corrected because of rushed or low-quality work. Most recently, I paid $123 for an ombré set. Not only did it not look like ombré at all, but there was a noticeable dent in one of the nails. When I pointed it out, the tech blamed the color I chose and the fact that I did Gel-X instead of acrylic, even though ombré is a technique and has nothing to do with the product type. I went back in for a fix, and the ombré still wasn’t done correctly. I ended up switching to a French manicure just so I could leave with something decent. Now, a day later, one of the French tips has already chipped. On top of all that, they always ask me how my mom is doing because she came with me twice. What they don’t know is that the reason she stopped coming is because her nails were not done properly, and two of her fingers developed fungus afterward — something she had never experienced until getting them done here. For the amount of money I spend, the service and quality should be significantly higher. Between the inconsistency, the poor technique, the repeated need for corrections, and even nail health concerns, I can’t justify coming back. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be returning. Also, I’m not “extremely extremely picky”. I simply expect high quality standards when I’m paying over $100 for nails plus tip. When I lived in Atlanta I went to a talented nail artist who did my nails perfectly and I never had to go back to get my nails fixed.

Danny and Michelle were exemplary in their work In customer service. They did a beautiful job on my nails and toes and I have traveled all over the world and this is hands-down. The best place I have ever been. They were also awesome with my 83 year old mother She absolutely loved her nails and is very very particular. Please tell them Amy sent you. I will definitely be back.

Before going in, I scoured google and instagram to find an excellent nail spot. I read a previous google review about Kevin and he did not disappoint! Entire staff is friendly and space was beautiful too! It was Halloween and every one was dressed up and greeted me with a welcoming “Happy Halloween”. I’m traveling for work but will be back whenever I’m in Nashville. My nails were so good that my coworker went back the next day to see Kevin. She loves her nails too.
