T-SALON

I am very upset! I just left there-have been going to this place for YEARS! I was so excited to see that T was back from Florida, but started to have a pedicure with a new nail tech-young man-and was giving him a lot of grace, bc he was going through the motions, but not actually removing cuticle, ingrowns or callus --so timid to touch me. I encouraged him throughout the process to get in there and not be shy, but he continued with the scrub on my legs and barely massaged. I told him politely, but suddenly I needed to leave. And they were going to charge me $50 for a pedicure that I DID NOT receive! I fussed abt it and they ended up charging me $40-of which I still do not feel is fair given I essentially only had gel toenail polish removed. Needless to say, I'll never be back. I ended up going to XO nail Salon down the street and you would not believe the difference in service! He just needs to be more confident and I would have liked to have been ‘heard’ regarding the service I received given I’ve been coming there for 15 years.

I went yesterday on my day off to get a pedicure. The older lady was super sweet and this wasn’t my first time there but it was with her. She proceeded to take off gel polish, trim nails, cuticles etc. She put some type of gel on my toes and it started burning the top of my foot. I was glad to put it in the water and told her it hurt. She could visibly see the marks arising on the top of my foot. She sprayed water bottle on it and continues with hot towel and lotion/massage. I finished and my foot was scarred upon leaving. I paid and tipped her although it was apparent my foot was burnt. I called today and told the lady that answered the phone what happened. She proceeded to ask woman and she said we cannot help reaction you have etc . I told her the lady knew it was there and saw it. I will not be back. I told her I just called to let you know so it WON’T happen to someone else. No refund, no concern nothing. So sad.

Thought this was a great salon, but after my last experience, not so much. I have always gotten the same color of pink and white French tips at any salon I have ever went to and my nails have never cracked or broke a few hours after having them done no matter if the color is see through or not, I had a nail to crack and I decided I wanted to take off the design that Ann had put on so they told me to come back and they would fix it, when I got there Ann proceeds to tell me it is my fault because I chose a pink color that was too see through...and thats why one of my nails cracked, mind you only one done this not any of the others so I was told it was my fault not hers as she states this loudly, I guess for everyone to hear, not sure why but anyway, she also proceeds to tell me that she work for 3 hours on my nails that morning, wrong again, first, she did not start my nails until around 30 min after my appt time, and she takes her time so with that being said, none of this is my fault as she stated and to tell me that she worked 3 hours on my nails that morning really made me frown on this place. I will not be back.

We were welcomed in a friendly and helpful manner. The salon is clean and well organised. The owner (I believe) helped me pick out the right service and explained each one so I understood the differences. Very good at educating their clients!! I got a full set, manicure, and dip!! Prices were incredibly reasonable ESPECIALLY for the quality!! I live a whole hour and a half away and I'll definitely be driving down to get my nails done here! Photo one is day of service, 2nd photo is exactly 1 week later! They have HELD UP!!!

Another great experience! My daughter and sister enjoyed it too! Tina, Ann, and Tiffany were amazing!!
