2021-07-27I was out of town for a basketball camp for my kid. I needed somewhere to pass the time and I stumbled upon this nail salon. I arrive at opening but had to wait about 15-20mins for someone to arrive and open shop. When I got inside, I noticed how clean it was. Very friendly staff. Two other ladies came in when I did. It was apparent that they have great rapport with their reoccurring clients. I waited quit sometime for them to get me started. It would have been nice to soak while waiting but instead I was sitting in pedicure chair without water. I did enjoy the massage chair while I waited though. I got a gel pedicure, it was perfect. I was very pleased with it. Nail tech doing my pedicure checked for approval several times during the service! I loved how important it was to them that I was pleased. I would definitely go back to this place if I was local. Highly recommend! Expect to wait because they take their time, or make an appointment!

2021-01-23Received a gift certificate to An Nails as a wonderful gift. I made an appointment, arrived 15 minutes before, and was taken on time. The man who did the pedicure did not introduce himself, was very rushed and left me at drying station without returning. I went up to counter to check out, gave them the certificate and he just walked away. I have never been treated so coldly and I won’t be back.
