I’ve been going to pretty nails every 3-4 weeks for over a year now and they always kill it! I have never had a bad set! Today VyVy did my watermelon summer nails and I am obsessed!!!

Money hungry scammers!! The first time I visited this salon I was told it would be a 15 minute wait, I agreed to wait and they sat me down only to keep me waiting for almost two hours before being attended. Not only this, but they had about three employees who were all jumping from one customer to the next so you are sitting waiting for them to come back to you in the middle of doing your nails since they go and attend other customers at the same time. Apart from the less than professional service, these people are scammers. The price is based on whatever they feel like in the moment. I returned about twice more since this salon is very close to my home and decided I would try making an appointment at a time that is not as busy. Appointments really don't even matter, when I arrived she was working on someone else and they had me sit with a new lady who had no idea what she was doing (she told me it was her first day). They charged me the same price for a full as when I got a brand new set which makes absolutely zero sense. They charge extra for shaping your nails... $10 extra for chrome, $10 extra for French, and whatever else they deem they want to charge you extra for. I will never go back here and would recommend you steer clear from this place unless you want to be upcharged for basic nails. I have since found another local salon with upfront pricing that does not change. Extremely unprofessional and no way to run a business I would give negative stars if possible. I loved my nails, the girl that did mine was amazing! However overall experience is why i rated so low. The man that works there was very rude to myself and my friend. We came in a little before 4:30 so my mom could get her nails done because i had made a reservation for 5 and had to wait on my friend to get off and one of my friends is my maid of honor so i really wanted us to get our nails done together. The other friend that was with me isnt in my wedding party but she wanted to join us so she didnt get nails wedding related. My maid of honor got very simple nails, just green polish with white leaves. I got a full set of acrylics with green polish and a white floral design on my ring fingers. We loved our nails, the two women there at the time did them. The man however worked on my friend who wasnt in the wedding party and was very rude saying “YOU SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THE LENGTH YOU WANTED BEFORE I PAINTED “ when she definitely did and i heard her. She had told him multiple times prior to him cutting the nail that she wanted the end of the nail to be just past her finger tips. He cut it way longer. While he was doing her nails he did something that hurt her finger and he laughed at her when she told him that it hurt. He then began calling us “b words” and complaining that we didnt make a reservation (we did. For 5. We got our nails started-AT 5.) and saying that “they should have all got the same exact thing done and not different things”. I have worked customer services jobs which is what nail techs are customer service. You should never be rude to paying customers because word of mouth goes along way. And we translated what was being said with an app on my friends phone because he kept yelling constantly. This is unacceptable. Additionally he complained that i had my daughters with us. They are little girls (ages 1 and 2) and they didnt bother anyone. And he was the only one with issues as the ladies working told me how sweet they were and how good they were! Not every mom can afford to pay people to watch their kids so they can go do stuff and there was other kids there too not just mine. I love my nails, but im not sure about going there again mainly due to the man that was working being so rude.

We have been here many times over the past few years and normally the wait time isn’t horrible but yesterday I made an appointment for 5:30pm for my teenage daughter to get a full set for Homecoming. She arrived at 5:00 and there were only two working and 5 customers already in there. She put the tips on my daughter and then just went to helping other customers (so my daughter couldn’t leave because she started the process). Finally at 7:30 - 2 hours past her appointment time she continued working on her nails and finished at 8:15. What’s the point of making an appointment? VyVy does an amazing job but she told my daughter she would take $10 off for waiting so long but still charged her $60 which is more than what she normally pays any other time! I have been myself before and the price is always different even if the service is the same.

I used to recieve excellent service here. Now that Billie is gone so is that great service that had me driving 45 mins to spend my money here. I'm guessing. I have always have appointments. The last two times I've gone in needing repairs i didnt I've been told to come back in an hour or whatever, I happily do. I come back, I get seated in a booth and then told they don't have time and told to come back another day. Such a waste of my time.
