2025-06-12I went to this salon twice and it was horrible experience both the time. I thought of giving a chance the other day but the staff was very rude and did my nails in hurry. I tried to tell her what exactly what I wanted but she was not ready to listen. My polish got off in 5-6 days I got it done. I got my nails done to attend two events and the polish got off before I attend second event. I have never experienced this!!

2025-12-12The guy who did my nails I think his name was Ben completely rushed through them took less than 30 minutes on them didn’t talk to me at all kept both AirPods in the entire time. All he told me at the end was go wash my hands and that was it. He ended up cutting me and making some of the nails uneven which I didn’t notice till after leaving. And while leaving we saw him outside just on his phone and with a Starbucks drink, maybe that’s why he was in such a hurry.

2024-12-17I’m not one to write a bad review, but my experiences here warrant one. I started going here because they accept walk-ins, which I appreciate. The first couple times were absolutely incredible; Amy did French tips and the next time, another lady (I didn’t catch her name) did dip nails and the service was great, they were super kind and took their time. The past three times, however, I walked in and the ladies were busy so a gentleman did my nails. Every single time, it seemed like he was in a rush. After doing my nails, I’d always see him stand outside the salon and smoke, so I don’t know why he rushed. The quality wasn’t as good as when the ladies did it, and he made my cuticles bleed multiple times. After getting my nails done, he’d always leave a white cast on my fingertips and polish around the nail bed without cleaning. I always get acrylic tips with dip powder and I never experienced such messy service. Just the other day, I went in to get my nails done for the holidays and I noticed the pinky nail was crooked after leaving. I don’t know if I’ll be back.

2024-11-06Very disappointed service. I got the Nextgen Nails done on my hands and they look so uneven, not at all professionally done. Though the prices are high service is cheap. I'm not at all happy with the nails that I've got done here yesterday. They look like they're done by unprofessional. The other thing is they talk among themselves about me in the other language and looks at me very bad, treat us cheap. The manager responded to call back to discuss after review, and when I went back they again started laughing among themselves, manager was rude because I left a review before I spoke to her, worst thing is they said they'll correct it and filed my nails so bad that I was bleeding. Never go to this place.
