I received a gift certificate for a 30 minute classic facial at peak pricing. I provided the gift certificate number to book the appointment. After the appointment was finished, I was told that they were charging an extra $10 because of price increases. Showed them my certificate, which did not list an amount but a service and an expiration date of December 25, 2025. They said they could not alter the amount and I owed $10. Asked why I wasn't informed of the price difference when I booked as I couldn't see the amount the certificate was purchased for but they could. They said they notified everyone on their mailing list when the prices increased; however, I am not on their mailing list. I argued that the certificate should be good for the service stated until expiry. They countered by saying they honor 4 and 5 yr old certificates and that I could have used it for any service, not just the one listed. Ultimately, their certificates are used like a cash card. Customer service is poor and the certificates are mislabeled. They conned two other women while I was checking out with the same story. Poor business model and a terrible company policy.

I am a regular at Austin Springs and always enjoy my visits. Always very clean and professional. Today I may or may not have proposed marriage to my nail technician. THE BEST pedicure I have ever had. She was amazing, all I could think about during the pedicure is how much I didn’t want it to end. If you want a beautiful finished product and feel amazing during…ask for Tonya. She is officially my new favorite tech! EDIT TO REVIEW: I just had my second manicure with Felicia. She is so professional and can slay a natural nail look! They look amazing! I so relaxed during and after. Hands down best manicurist in Johnson City. You all will not be disappointed if you get either of these ladies!

The atmosphere and comfort of the spa were excellent—very relaxing and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and did a great job explaining the available services, which I appreciated. However, the massage experience was disappointing. The therapist informed me upfront that she might not be able to provide a deep tissue massage due to an injury, which I respected. Unfortunately, the massage that followed didn’t feel even like a light massage—it lacked pressure and effectiveness. For the premium price charged, I expected a higher quality service. I understand that injuries happen, but if a therapist is unable to perform a core service, it should be addressed in the booking process or reflected in the pricing.

**Disappointing Experience** I scheduled a massage for a Friday and specifically requested a female therapist. Upon arrival, a male therapist approached me, and I let him know I had booked with Audrey. He left and later returned to inform me that the schedule had been changed. I explained that I would not be comfortable with this arrangement. The therapist was professional and apologized, even though the mix-up wasn’t his fault. Unfortunately, the management and front desk staff did nothing to acknowledge or rectify the situation. After sitting in a robe and waiting, I ultimately decided to leave. When I walked out, the front desk staff avoided eye contact, offering no explanation or effort to make things right. This was an uncomfortable and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place based on their lack of communication and unwillingness to address concerns.

Did the princess package with Austin Springs and it was an amazing experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and made her birthday so special!!! Will definitely return!!!!
