Lux Nails

I had a wonderful experience at this nail salon! One of the owners, the wife, took care of me during my visit, and she was incredibly sweet and welcoming. Even though she seemed to be running everything on her own, she still made me feel like I had her full attention the entire time. She was very attentive and did a fantastic job, especially with cleaning my cuticles, which I truly appreciated. It’s rare to receive that level of care and detail. I was honestly surprised (in the best way) by the quality of service I received. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this salon to others looking for great service in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

I waited to write this because I never do write bad business reviews. I got a full set from Chloe on Oct 30. She had someone else polish my nails. Literally Nov 1, I was doing my hair and the polish was bubbling. They were closed Sunday, so I had another shop change the polish. I kid you not, Nov 3, I tied my shoe and my nail broke off. It didn’t hurt. Just fell off. I go back to the second shop because they had the color I wanted. He fixes it. It hasn’t been a full two weeks and one nail Broke and another cracked on the surface. This was my second time going here. I love the way Chloe shapes, which is why I went back. The first time I had her do a fill months ago, all my nails were lifting (idk) and I had green fungus for months! Idk why she didn’t do a full set if she saw it. Either way, I won’t be back.

Way better than my first visit!! They’re gorgeous!! He did an excellent job!! However, I think it’s best to either do a walk in and know what it is you want because I don’t think they really check what you pick online, because each time I’ve done it online that seems to be where the miscommunication seems to fall in. I did schedule for a pedicure also which I didn’t get but it’s ok. My nails were way worse than my toes so those can wait a bit yet. Otherwise, it was a great turn out!! 🥰

Absolutely obsessed with the way my nails came out. Sam did an AMAZING job! I can’t stop looking at my nails, I will be coming back. I had a vision for my nails and Sam nailed it (pun intended), the shape and design were perfect. I never get designs done when I go to nail salons as I always feel they turn out different than the picture but this was not the case here. I can’t wait to get my next set!

Very Disappointed – Won’t Be Returning This was my second visit, and unfortunately, it confirmed my initial doubts. The services are seriously overpriced for the quality provided. I don’t feel the pricing here is fair, and it feels like I'm being overcharged for subpar work. My cuticles weren’t trimmed properly — just three days later, they look like I did them myself a week ago. To make things worse, my thumb nail chipped after only two days, and the others started chipping soon after. The owner, Sam, didn’t even cap the nails, which is basic nail care. Overall, I’m really disappointed with the experience and the outcome. I won’t be coming back.
