VLuxe Nails and Spa

I use to come here with my mom for about 5 years since high school. I see it’s ran by a new company. I’m on vacation from NY to see my family so me and my mom decided to come do our nails. This one lady who did my nails was awful. She did terrible on my nails. I paid 125.00 for my toes and nails. It was 70.00 for my nails. I asked her for a certain design with flowers and she gave me dots. I mentioned to her I didn’t like it and she kept making excuses why she couldn’t change it. Then I finally had my husband ask her to change them and she got aggravated and started rushing my pedicure.. She told me she couldn’t do the design and she would just paint it. I was already very unsatisfied and unhappy with my service… for 125.00 I could have went somewhere else to have better service and better attitude. I don’t recommend them.

This is the best manicure I have ever gotten. Jen was so sweet and very attentive. I enjoyed my time with her. Beautiful job Jen and thank you see you soon.

August was my technician and he was professional, kind, and very talented! Loved my pedicure and nails. This was my first time getting my nails done in years and I’m glad I found this place. It’s very clean and all staff are nice!

If you’re looking for the worst salon experience in Hendersonville, this is it. The technician was both rude and inexperienced. I only went in for a simple gel color change but ended up leaving after she removed my polish. She cut my nails unevenly and gave me the most unflattering almond shape I’ve ever seen. When I politely asked her to fix it, she blamed my nails, saying they were crooked 😅 I still paid $15 for this terrible experience.

If you aren’t going to VLuxe Nails and Spa then what are you doing? I have been supporting them for years before they opened this location and they are the absolute best! I always love my nails. They are extremely professional and kind. Not to mention, talented! Their nail techs always stay up to date on the current nail trends. They service clients of all ages. I can’t say enough great things about VLuxe. I highly recommend!
