2025-06-29I made a last minute appointment on a whim to come here and I am so glad I did! Mary took care of me and she did a phenomenal job on my natural nails. I asked for a short gel manicure with the swirl design and she absolutely delivered! She took her time and made sure I was happy during each step of my manicure. She meticulously did my design and I’m so happy with how they turned out! I’ve never had this quality of work anywhere else in town. Will definitely be a regular from now on.

2025-10-31I’m a little late posting a review but here it goes. I absolutely loved my experience here. The atmosphere is calm and laid back. It doesn’t have that quiet library feel, thank goodness. My nail tech was Lucy. She’s a gem. I have a twitch in my left foot due to a medical episode and Lucy just rolled with it. We talked and laughed the entire appointment. Such a breath of fresh air. My nails and toes are so pretty. I live in Knoxville and will gladly continue to drive to Alcoa for such a great experience. 10/10 Recommend!’

The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and they took such great care of us. Our pedicures turned out perfect — we both left feeling pampered and refreshed.
