The Spa at the Inns of Aurora

Stop everything you are doing and visit here! The staff are top notch from check-in to ensuring you are having a pleasant time during your visit and once again on departure. The quality and cleanliness of this entire facility is award winning for a reason. The robe quality is exceptional and comfortable. Towels do not feel rough after drying off from hydrotherapy either. The overlooking panoramic view of Cayuga lake and the surrounding local was surreal with paintbrush sunset clouds. My wife and I were spoiled to a quiet evening in mid October and we look forward to returning in the near future when the expansion is completed! Thank you!

The best spa experience I’ve ever had! Absolutely worth the price you pay. I had a facial and massage and my esthetician was so friendly and genuinely cared about my skin and aftercare. Their spa grounds were gorgeous and clean, something like out of a movie. We spent the whole day here and can’t wait to come back!

I owned an AVEDA lifestyle salon and spa in Boston MA and also have been to spas all over the world and this spa is one of the best. You are made comfortable from the moment you arrive and all instructions and expectations are given upon arrival as well as a tour of the facilities. I enjoyed the steam room and sauna and showers before my treatment and rested and relaxed in the relaxation room while waiting for my provider. Cate came and got me and took me through a wonderful salt scrub/glow followed by a shower and then a wonderful 80 minute massage. Here opening and closing moves as well as the entire massage was one of the best i have ever had. I felt clean, detoxed and relaxed. Took a nice hot shower and was treated to a lunch which included salad and soup that was included with my visit. This is a world class spa

My experience was excellent from the moment you walk in the door. We were greeted , checked in and given a tour. We were given our robes and slippers for our stay. We made a day of it and arrived at 10:30 and left at 7:00pm . Their locker rooms are outfitted with lockers that have programmable locks ,showers and the bathrooms stocked with absolutely everything you need . My first treatment was a 2 so i enjoyed the hot pools , the dry sauna, steam sauna and the eucalyptus sauna as well as the cafe . They also have cold plunge pools. The cafe has both complimentary choices as well as a slightly heavier fare for purchase. My deep tissues massage was excellent then pedicure then back to cafe, pools and sauna until showering and leaving around 7 . I highly recommend this as a true day spa … go enjoy the whole day . All staff was friendly and attentive . This was a great experience from start to finish …..don’t forget your book !
