Goodlettsville Nails

Update: My husband called the store and the owner was able to get me a $25 refund for the polish. Changing my review to 2 stars for his hospitality. Beautiful establishment but the language barrier with the tech that did my pedicure was very difficult to navigate. I specifically asked before service began that I wanted the same kind of pedicure (gel brown base and french tip), she did not understand what I was saying so she brought someone else over. I explained the same thing and was quoted $60. $35 for my classic pedicure and $25 for the french tip and gel. The pedicure took 1 hr and 30 minutes to complete. While she did the painting of the nails, she forgot about the french tip and almost completed it without the tips. She was then doing it but it was so thick and wrong, I almost cried out of frustration. Someone else had to finish the tips because we weren’t getting anywhere in communication. I wanted to stay for full service (nails, toes and eyebrows) but after the pedicure, I was ready to go. I won’t be returning again and while I did pay for my service, I am not happy and do not like it. To save embarrassment, I let it be what it is. I won’t cheat on my regular salon ever again.

Absolutely wonderful, it was relaxing and quiet. I haven't had one in 4 years and i was super impressed. My feet was messed up and cracked and they rejuvenated them. Will use again

I wish I would’ve got her name, but she did a great job on my daughter’s nails. She got some Christmas nails. Ribbon, Santa hat, and snowflake looked awesome!!!

Goodlettsville Nails was an amazing experience. I was a walk in and didn’t have much wait despite being busy. Aiden is a phenomenal artist and I am in love with my nails. It has been years since I had acrylics and was nervous about whether they would be too thick or if I’d like the shape. Aiden made them so natural and beautiful almond shape. Love them! Will be going back!

Came in for my first time as a walk in, enjoyed the entire stay and she did so great on my nails I love them and they are exactly what I wanted! I(I didn’t ever ask for her name and I regret it because she was so nice and talented!)
