2025-12-03Lincoln and Bryan were amazing. The moment we entered, our nails were worked on immediately. They put into exact detail of what I wanted from my inspiration picture. They even offered us drinks! The staff were really sweet and considerate to our needs, constantly asked if we liked the added detail each time! Will definitely come back!

2025-09-28The nail techs are she were awesome!! However the interaction with the Caucasian"Host" was not pleasant and almost made me not want a service at all. Even after I requested to be helped by someone else. "He" said no one will be able to stuff their not going to help you. He then puked the tech that was setting up for my Pedi & another tech to the side. But the tech doing my Pedi has blew him off and continued to setup and start my service. Another"Host" had came in and proceeded to get me checked in s the previous"Host" didn't even attempt as he tried to discourage me from getting any services. The Pedi was AWESOME!! My nail tech AG Dawn has a previous client that forgot a service* but because she was so pleasant and good with her customer service!! I suggested that she stop and tend to her previous client to get her squared away. And she was superb and on point with recommendations, customer service,and SKILLS!! Because of Those two I will def return whenever I'm in the city.

2025-12-01I've been coming here for a while now. The nail techs rush and do the work. I was there yesterday and the art work isn't giving what it's suppose to give. I'll be back to get a correction because the amount of money I pay I don't want to be rushed. And I want my art work to be up to par. Update: Ok so today is 11.30.2025 Went and got my nails done today. Soak off and simple style. The rhinestones are a hot mess. Pictures below. Today was most definitely my last time. The money I pay when I come here and for the tech not to take her time. Unacceptable. On a sunday. They wasn't busy she didn't have any other clients so why does my rhinestones look like this and some many spaces on the other nail. Officially done.

My nail technician MiMi gave me the best recommendations for my nails along with good conversations . I will definitely be coming back this was an escape & relaxation spa day all in one.
