2025-11-03absolutely love this place. been going for a couple months and they do a great job. i only had one issue with a man doing square on me one time and he did not shape them well at all, but all the females have done amazing. definitely recommend. she did them super quick as well.

2025-09-14LOVE Illusion Nail Spa!!! I went to them when they owned a place in Bellevue and struggled for a few years to find a nail salon that I liked! I stumbled across Illusion and gave it a shot not knowing who they were. The day I walked in and realized it was Emily and her family I was beyond happy!!! The shop is clean, environment is nice and all the employees do such GREAT work!! I am a happy customer!!! So glad I found them!!!!! Chloe AMAZING and is able to do whatever you request! So talented!!!! I always make appointments with her but I have seen the work of everyone there, they are all Fantastic!!!!

2025-09-26soooo good!!! I am obsessed with Illusion Nails Spa! Dickson needed a GOOD, CLEAN, nail salon! Today I told Emily I had to leave by 12. It was 11:15am... she got me out at 11:50am. My nails look beautiful, in shape, cuticles cut- the whole 9 yards. Plus, they are kid friendly!!! I bring my 2 year old with me and it's no problem at all. I love them! Thanks guys 💕🤍

2025-03-18I am thoroughly disappointed. My son's girlfriend went to Illusion on Saturday. Her pedicure was neatly done, the polish was thin, smooth, & professional. My gel mani & gel Pedi turned out horribly. I spent $115.00. I gave a tip out of only being polite. The $115 was for the cost of my nails. In addition I did leave a $20 tip. I work hard every day during the week at work. This was a treat for myself. I am sooooooooooooooooo disappointed! My nails came out thick, rough, unprofessional looking, uneven filing. I reminded the tech when she was doing my pedicure. She still didn't listen. I would prefer a refund if the same technicians who did my nails are the only ones available. I am not sure why the two glasses of wine were mentioned. This was in poor taste with more unprofessionalism to respond with this. I was offered a choice, I chose wine. I am almost 60 years young. The wine has nothing to do with the poor poor poor poor job that was done on my gel mani & gel Pedi. I included pics and a video.
