K Nails

I came in today 12/20/2025 for a new color and pedicure Everyone was very professional and nice. My tech Terry always does a great job Those mimosas were also on point. I left out of there satisfied and tipsy.

I got great service. Very sweet lady’s did everything I asked. Terri did a freestyle design on my toes. I asked her about which pedicure she recommended me to get and she told me paraffin wax. Lina I hope I'm spelling her name correctly did a great job on my nails. They are nice and neat. My next time I go I'm asking for both again.

Love this place! They are always so helpful and nice! I get exactly what I want every time with no hassle. Thank you guys for being polite and helpful.

Worst Experience Ever I had the WORST nail shop experience ever after visiting K Nails on Germantown Parkway this afternoon at 6 pm on December 18, 2025 . There’s a front desk woman named Yunnie. She’s Asian and has a lot of bumps/ acne on her face. Me and my Mom have been loyal and consistent customers for about 7 years with each of us paying around $100 plus tips each nail shop visit. I recently had a nail break less than a week after getting my nails done here. So I called and spoke to Yunnie informing her that 1 of the acrylic nails fail off on Monday (December 15th) and she said ok come on. So I drove 32 minutes after work to K Nails to get 1 acrylic nail that fail off fixed. Once I got there the same person, Yunnie, said that they would have to charge me $5 for the 1 nail that fail off even though their attendant was the one that didn’t apply it properly. The front desk woman, Yunnie, was very UNPROFESSIONAL, ARGUMENTATIVE, RUDE, and DID NOT HELP to match the existing nail color in order to repair the nail. In addition, she insulted me by asking me to show her my PERSONAL BANK STATEMENT to see the date the service was rendered although I’m a customer of 7 years. What type of professional business does this? THIS could open customers up to identity theft. Yunnie continued to be argumentative stating for me not to come back after complying with what she asked. Finally I’m one of many customers who have received bad treatment from this one individual named Yunnie. This experience today is so overwhelming and DISAPPOINTING! I recommend customers patronize other suitable nail shops that appreciate their business.
