2025-06-02I’ve never left a bad review before, but this was genuinely the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. I brought my little sister in for a gel manicure, and I got an acrylic full set. The total was $105, and I even tipped ($10) because I felt bad doing absolutely nothing- which is entirely my fault. The nail tech was so rude, and both of us left with sore, over-filed nails. My sister’s nails were peeling before we even got to the car, and mine were so bad that I spent hours soaking them off that same night. I didn’t realize just how bad they looked while I was in the salon because I was so frustrated and anxious - I couldn’t keep staring at them. I asked for a French tip with a pink base, and after she did one sloppy, uneven nail, I told her just to put chrome over the top (something I didn’t even want) to move things along and get out of the salon. It was past 5:30 (after their closing time), and I didn’t want to be rude, even though I was the one who got a rushed, painful, and unprofessional service. My nails were uneven, messy, and genuinely painful. I can’t believe I paid for this. I left feeling anxious, disappointed, and in pain. Please save your time and money and go to another salon. A refund would be nice.
