Poplar Creek Spa

This was my first time to this beautiful Spa that is located in a private area up on a hill near Collegedale. The spa entrance is very beautifully decorated and has a small store with lots of goodies. The receptionist was very welcoming. I was able to fill out forms in there welcome area which had delicious hot teas, free foot massage machine, and free neck warmer if desired. My massage therapist Kelsey met me there and was very warm and inviting as we entered into the room. She was very thorough in her exam but also patient and understanding. I received an amazing massage from her that included specific areas I had requested to be worked on. It meant all my needs and more. It was a beautiful massage. She has a gift and I will be back. The whole experience was very rewarding. The spot in itself is a beautiful place

I've been coming here for a couple months and I can't recommend it enough. The space is calm, clean, relaxing, and it smells amazing. The atmosphere is peaceful, and even the parking lot feels low-stress. The front desk staff are great, and I love the little touch of cookies and tea in the waiting area. Aurora is excellent. I came in with plantar fasciitis from chronic calf tightness (I've been dealing with it for over a year) and I’ve already noticed a significant improvement since adding massage to my yoga practice. She is also helping me manage TMJ-related tension in my neck and jaw, and I’ve felt a big shift in how my body moves and feels overall. Highly recommend!

Poplar Creek Spa is such a gem! The staff is super friendly, professional, caring & helpful. I truly felt welcomed from the time I arrived to the time I left. Actually, before I even arrived, Emily A (the owner) is a joy to work with, she helped me coordinate my appointments & gave me some great suggestions on what to do while visiting town for our training. If I lived near by, it would certainly be a place I would go back to receive my frequent massages - for sure. Roxi at the front desk was so helpful checking me out & patient while I browsed through their natural products & handmade cuties. I was fortunate enough to attend a Bamboo-Fusion Massage training here with their staff. I got to meet many & luckily enough to receive massages from many of them. I planned & booked ahead of time a Tandem massage (4 hands massage) with Kirsten & Emily B. Also, a full body exfoliation before the massage with Lauren. So, I could enjoy some extra self care after our class was finished. I’m so happy I did it!!! I can’t recommend them enough! If had stayed longer, I would have booked more sessions (longer also) & certainly would have had Kirsten work on my TMJ (one of her specialties) as well. I have been visiting this spa clinic for several years, and every time I leave feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. During my pregnancy, the massages helped relieve tension in my back and significantly improved my well-being. Now, I continue to come for relaxing massages, and it’s always a wonderful experience! I also love that I can share this with my husband—we regularly go for a couples massage, and it has become our favorite way to spend quality time together. The staff is very attentive, professional, and caring. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for high-quality relaxation and rejuvenation!
