2025-08-09Lacey was absolutely amazing ! This was my very first massage ever. She took her time and explained everything to me and oh my gosh, I feel so much better physically and mentally. The entire staff was very sweet and the atmosphere was just so relaxing. The entire building was just beautiful. I've never felt so pampered and I will definitely be back and I highly recommend coming in and giving it a try. Thank you all !

2025-10-10I have stewed for several hours debating whether or not to leave this post. Let me start by saying, I have frequented this spa many times before and have had no issues. Also, let me acknowledge that I made a mistake. I had an appointment today. When I arrived at 10 for my appointment, I was told that my appointment was actually at 9. Again … my mistake. I put the wrong time in my calendar. When I explained, I was told that the person I had booked with already had her next client with her. Very understandable. However, I was then told that I was being charged the full amount of my services ($150), as this was “policy”. I was not asked if I’d like to wait until she was available, have another person perform my services, nothing. Just informed that I missed my appointment and it would be $150. Thankful I had not booked an even more expensive service; however, this is extremely excessive to me seeing that I have never been charged FULL price for a missed appointment from a doctor, chiropractor, hair stylist, nail tech etc etc. I understand that their time is very valuable and I would not have had an issue with a missed appointment charge, but $150 is unnecessary.
