NAIL TIME

Wow!!! Customer Service was 10/10. No complaints from a girl who is so picky about nails. As soon as Kevin touched my nails I knew I didn’t have to worry about saying anything after I told him what I wanted. He did a great job!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I have been going to this salon for well over a year. Kelly had been the technician doing my nails, and for the most part, she did an amazing job. However, around April or May, the salon came under new ownership. Kevin did a fill-in for me with a French manicure and charged me $80.00. On 06/04/2025, I returned to get my nails done again. I specifically requested Kelly, but Kevin informed me she was not there because it was her day off. Once again, Kevin ended up doing my nails. Before sitting down, I showed Kevin a picture and asked how much a fill-in with designs would cost. He told me $70.00. I ended up getting a fill-in with gel polish, two nails with rhinestones, and a pedicure. To my surprise, the total came out to $158.00 not including the cost of my mom's pedicure ($55.00). Kevin charged $108.00 for the nails alone, claiming the price increased due to the length of my nails. For reference, he did a black French manicure with a red line under the tip and added rhinestones across two nails. Initially, he had quoted $70.00. Here’s what really upset me: I requested Kelly and was told she wasn’t there—yet, while I was getting my pedicure, Kelly came out from the back and helped with pedicures. Despite having done my nails many times before, she didn’t even acknowledge me. When it was time to check out, Kevin had already left. I messaged him on Instagram to let him know I didn’t appreciate the price change after the fact. He replied, “I want you to be a happy customer. I will send you some money back.” He never sent anything—and later deleted the message entirely. Then, on 06/14/2025, I went to a different nail salon to have my nails soaked off because I noticed a dark spot on my left index finger. Once all the nails were removed, I discovered discoloration on multiple nails. The only salon I’ve gone to in over a year is NAIL TIME. I’ve worn acrylics for over 20 years, and I’ve never experienced fungus or nail discoloration—until now. I will not be returning to NAIL TIME, and I do not recommend this salon to anyone. The quality of service has declined significantly since the new owners took over. I’m especially disappointed that Kelly didn’t acknowledge me after all the times she’s done my nails. From now on, I’ll focus on getting my nails healthy again and take my business to a salon that values both customer service and nail health. I am truly disgusted with this location.

I saw a bunch of reviews for this location and Kevin. I've gone to him the last 4 times for my nails. He has absolutely rocked them out! He is really quick (which I like, but also get very simple nails), wonderful at shaping, and is very attentive to making sure my nails are just the way I want. Absolutely recommend checking this location out, and Kevin! (Also my nails inspired by another design he did on another client.)

My baby was turn 14 and ask for her first full set for her birthday and it was ate down by Sophie thanks so much for making her first experience her best one

Wonderful place!! I was visiting from California and had Gel X nails that were too long. The techs seemed unsure if they could help me. Kevin gave it a go and shortened them right up and gave me a beautiful gel color. He did an awesome job! He did say it was harder than he thought, so I tipped him more.
