2025-09-24I’ve been going here for over a year and I’ve always had great service with nails that turned out fantastic. However this time around was not the experience that I’ve had in the past, I was left disappointed. I went in on Monday (9/22) and wanted a fill. I was sat fairly quickly. The female tech, I didn’t get her name, started working on my nails. She was on a phone call the entire time. I wasn’t asked if I wanted my nails trimmed down, it felt very rushed. She took the tip that was on my pointer finger off, but didn’t replace it with a new one and just put acrylic on my already thin nails. She was rough with my cuticles to the point that were bleeding. When she asked which color I told her and she went back to being on the phone. The whole polishing process felt rushed, when we were finished I paid and left. Later that same day I noticed on some of my nails the polish was rippling which is usually an indication that the polish wanted cured properly, as well as polish on the sides of my fingers. It was already too late for me to go and have them fixed that day so I had to wait until the next day. The next day (9/23) more of my nails were rippled and ripping at the sides. My thumb nail was completely ripping off and the smell was very strong of polish so I knew the bottle layer wasn’t cured at all. I went in to get them fixed and I believe the owner is who took me in to fix them. I felt rushed while he was doing it and wasn’t letting them cure long enough again. When he only fixed the nail that was ripped I asked him about the others that had rippling and he said I didn’t tell him. I explained what happened when I arrived but he seemed distracted with other things going on. He either didn’t care to listen or didn’t hear me explain the issue the first time. I felt like I was just a number and that it was an inconvenience when it was their fault I needed them to be redone. I used to love this place but it has gone down hill recently and with how expensive nails are I would hope and expect the quality to match. Editing since it’s the day(9/24) after the fix. My nails are rippling again and have ripped open on the same nails that were fixed. I’m now having to go spend more money to get these completely redone.

2025-07-16After seeing the 4.8 rating I scheduled an appointment online and went in Friday at 5:30pm for a full set and pedicure. When I walked in I was greeted immediately and within 3 or 4 minutes I was in a chair getting my nails done. It was an older gentleman with glasses and I didn’t get his name. I told him I wanted a medium length almond nail and showed him my reference pic several times through out my appointment. Instead of using gel polish he used color acrylic. I asked for a simple design, light blue on 3 fingers and very light pink on 2 fingers with the dot flowers. He ate my nails and cuticles up with the drill and buffer to the point my fingers are sore two days later. My left thumbnail is misshapen and crooked from him over filing it, my nails are super thick on certain fingers to the point where there is no curve under them, the design is horrible and looks nothing like I asked for and on my left thumb nail there is a gap at the bottom that he didn’t fill with acrylic as well as my other fingers where the acrylic doesn’t go all the way down. It looks like it has been several days since I got my nails done and I’ve had them start to grow out. He kept messing up on my design and instead of using acetone to wipe my nail he just used his finger so there is smudges all over two of my nails and he left it that way. Every time he messed up he would huff and blow like it was an issue for him to try and give me what I wanted. I asked for dot flowers and ended up with some weird looking germ/dna looking design and he also wasn’t very friendly. I’m currently pregnant as well and not due until August and I was diagnosed with Polyhydraminos so my stomach is much bigger than it should be. He asked me when I was due and I told him August and he proceeds to tell me that my baby is going to be big! Like sir? The whole full set experience was not a pleasant one. After I was done I wanted to leave but I’m pregnant and desperately needed a pedicure because I can’t reach my feet so I moved over to the pedicure chair. A super sweet man named Thomas didn’t my pedicure and he was the best technician I have ever had. He is incredible. The pedicure I got was very thorough and my toes look amazing. He took his time and gave me a great massage and was very talkative and sweet. By the time I was done it was around 7:10 but right at 7 some woman came owe to me and told me “give me your card so you can go ahead and pay”. At this point I haven’t even been told a total so of course I asked how much it was and I was told 70 for the god awful nails and 50 for the pedicure. So 120 total. I also added a 10 dollar tip for Thomas because he definitely deserves it. She was very rude the way she “asked”. The salon is very clean and everyone but the woman and older man was very polite, I was offered a cold drink and a snack three different times from different people and their services seemed to move very quick. I did notice that the smell was incredibly strong and I was struggling to breathe a couple times until they opened the back door so someone could smoke. I’ve been in a lot of salons and it has never been that strong. Overall it wasn’t great. The only thing that will have me come back is Thomas. Should I have said something then? Yes but I hate confrontation and the guy was already super rough with my hands and I didn’t want someone else to be mad they had to redo my nails and be even worse. I feel like the owner or manager should look at each persons nails before they leave because if they took one look at mine they would not have let me leave like that. Pros: close to base, clean salon, free drinks, and Thomas Cons: the older man that did my nails, the smell, not being told the price, not offered a military or new client discount like I have seen others post about. I’ll attach the pictures of what I asked for verses what I got and you guys can decide if you think it’s worth the amount I paid. The pedicure was WAY worth it. My cuticles look awful. The first pic is what I wanted.

2025-07-16I paid $100 for a nasty infection here. I wanted to get a pedicure for the first time and I seen all the great reviews. The staff was very kind and welcoming when I got there. Its a family business and they were pretty busy. I booked online and waited around 30 minutes after my scheduled time for them to start. They apologized for the wait, and of course I would have liked to know the wait time beforehand, but again, they were busy. I booked online for the basic option for a pedicure and manicure ($35 and $25), but when I arrived, they tried to upcharge me for the gel. I tried telling them I didn't want gel 3 times, but the fourth time I just gave up. It was clear the basic options listed are not expected to actually be purchased as real options, so just go in assuming the minimum is the gel cost. I was charged $55 and $40. The quality of the nail polish application was not good, specifically all the toes had cured gel on them. The pedicure message was rushed, again, alot of people, no big deal. She ended up cutting me deeply 3 places, enough to draw blood. Two places on my toes got infected within the same day. It's been two days now and it's still swollen and full of puss. I'm now on doctor prescribed antibiotics. At the end of the service, she spilled nail polish all over the fresh manicure. I didn't even notice it got on me until walked out and had to clean it up myself in the car. I cannot stress this enough, the staff are kind and hardworking people. I hate to leave this kind of review at all, but after getting a infection everyone has been telling me to leave one so that other people know.
