Passion Nails & Waxing of LaVergne

Nail tech suggested gel multiple times, but I only wanted a basic mani/pedi with regular polish. Although I was the only one in the salon, it felt like the service was rushed because I didn’t want the add-on. After having her fix the paint job on 4 of my nails, I gave up and just left dissatisfied. My nails/hands look worse now than when I went in. Clear polish all over my fingers, bubbles in polish and clumps of top coat on multiple nails.

I have been a customer for 6months. My initial appointment with Tara was awesome she carried a convo with me and was nice but the manager, Ada, she woul rush me and did not seem she cared about my nails. I came 2 weeks ago to get new set overlay, 2days later had to back to my nails repaired the a week and a half my nail lifted i took it off ( Cause you know how painful it is if you get it half off and snag it on something or hit it your nail with something) and had found green fungus on my nail. After discussing and asking questions of how did this happen because a week before I got my nail repaired I didn't have fungus on there but the fungus just got on there a week later but I had to pay $5. Does this make sense to anyone? See pics. The repaired nail is on my skin and the manager work show she doesn't care. I will next time soak off and leave it as that. Also, its hard to ask questions, cause they tell you were to sit and you want to ask another and someone else feel the need to reiterate where to sit. This is ridiculous. I could care less getting my nails done cause I was learn to do it during Covid. But honey I think I will go back doing it myself. The last pic it red at the moon area and I wasn't sure why and didn't ask cause again I felt rushed. I had to come every wk with issues with the Manager, ADA, worked. Edited.... When I wrote previous message I was livid. Due to the response that the Manager stated that I wash my hand too much and I'm hard on my nails which caused fungus under my nail. My nail looked like the others before I took it off. So I don't know if the other nails look like that. If I were a hair technician or whatever this should not have happen. Granted I went to her, however with Tara I hadn't this issue before. So why do I have it now. She didn't ask what I wanted to do, when I presented this nail to her. She assume I wanted acrylic and proceeded to cover saying it will grow out. But If I am too hard on my nails, take all of it off. Is what I thought she would suggest. Needless to say I will not be coming back due to loyal customers are not appreciated around there. I am currently going to another place to get them soaked off and will not return to Passion Nails.

Best decision I could have made. I was looking for a new nail salon because most around the area are always busy or over priced. Tara did a spectacular job with my nails and feet. She respected that my style is more classy than flashy and did not rush me to make decisions. I am thrilled to have found a new salon and an awesome nail technician.

I went to Passion nails tonight for the first time and am so pleased I did. Ada did a wonderful job on my pedi and dip nails. I will definitely be back. The salon is super clean and very beautifully decorated. So glad this place is near my house :) thank you Ada!! I have been back every 2-3 weeks since my first visit , nowhere else!! Great pedicures from everyone there and wonderful dip nails from Ada ❤️, I request her every time I can. My young daughter came with me today and she got spoiled rotten. They were very kind and patient, especially since she wouldn’t sit still and messed up her polish several times 😬.

So saddened that I’m going to have to stop going here. Went there yesterday feet were not smooth and owner wouldn’t come out to speak to me. Also my daughter’s toenail polish chipped and a whole nail polish came off and she literally was at home all day.
