2025-10-30I know my nail salons and this is by far the best experience I’ve had since moving to Chattanooga. I’ve been trying a couple salons to see which one was best. I came in for a full set pink and white, and they put me with Philip. He was so attentive, took his time, and checked in with me multiple times to make sure I was happy with the length. The thing I hate most is when A Salon rushes through a set and he absolutely did not do this. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars !!! I’ll be back for a fill.

2025-09-12Yesterday I went to zen nail spa for the first time. I was looking for a nail shop in Chattanooga because I recently moved here. Let me just say, they exceeded my expectations. It’s a beautiful spa, EXCELLENT customer service, and great nail techs. When I walked in, both receptionists were very friendly and helpful as it was my first time there. You can tell all the techs work well as a team environment and enjoy helping one another. My nail tech was Peter and he was GREAT. He really cares about his work, and checked with me numerous times to make sure I was happy throughout the process and asked for my opinion/feedback. Would recommend Zen Nail Spa!!!❤️

2025-11-08Lan lan was amazing at my pedicure. He was so nice, he and I kept laughing. Hannah and Laura did my nails. One did the art after the did the majority. They made sure I got the art I wanted with the right colors! I accidentally touched my face with the acetone and hannah very quickly saw and wiped it off for me so kt wouldnt burn!

2025-06-10I went into Zen for a nail repair. I was totally amazed at the spa-like vibe and VIP service! You felt totally pampered. Gavin did a fantastic job on my nail and the price was surprisingly reasonable. I’m live in Europe, so was only visiting. If I lived here, I would be a regular customer!
