2023-04-19owner is very rude , i showed him a picture of what i wanted and he said he was able to do it . i mentioned how crooked and lumpy my nails were and he complained about me being “too picky” and wanted to cut my nails off . he told me to get out of his store and not to come back .

2020-09-04I had one of the most unique experiences getting my nails done here! My stylist was extremely kind, not to mention the fact that she actually cared about the job she did!! I am 30 years old and I have never gotten a manicure included *FOR FREE* in my full set simply because the stylist is GRADE A not to mention not just doing her job for the money!!! I am DEF going back my next vacation to TN!!!! THANKS AGAIN!!

2022-08-19I called to see what time they closed at 6:45pm. The man answered and said we close at 8 but are super busy right now. It didn’t sound busy on the phone so i went anyways. All i needed was to get my nails soaked off and nothing else. I get to the nail place and nobody is inside but this one man and he said he couldn’t do me because his appointment was on the way. He couldn’t do that one simple thing. But also lied to me on the phone saying he was super busy when he actually had no body there at all. I am super upset and angry about this situation. You would think they want more money to come in so they’d accept anything that walked through the door. especially when there was one more hour left of being open.
