2025-12-06Came in to get my nails done for my birthday photoshoot. Prior to coming I had overlay on my nails. My nail tech was Yenifer and Yenifer is that girllllllllllllll!!! Yenifer took her time removing the powder & made sure she tended to my nails before added nails. She made sure I was happy with my nails & the pricing. She did an amazing job. I got gel X and the cateye design. It turned out beautifully. Emily made my drink perfectly & was super welcoming when checking me in. Never been to this location but I’ll be back cause customer service was amazing!!!🩷

2025-08-01Everyone was very nice but the services was rushed. My husband was very disappointed he left out while waiting on me he received a manicure and pedicure in 20mins together. He stated she didn’t cut his cuticle at all and she gave him one coat of clear that is chipping the next day. When it came to my service I received a fill in shellac I’ve never had a fill in and they don’t cut the top of your nail to fill it back in. She didn’t cut the top of my nail and do a complete fill in which of course cause my nails that were loose to break. We paid 200 and had a horrible service. All photos are taken 2 days later. Also the file your nails down so low all the way to your skin.

2025-08-16Gloss Nail Bar has awesome customer service. I am always pleased with the service I receive. Emily and Ritchie have great customer service and are always friendly and helpful. I am always greeted with a warm welcome each appointment. Amy my nail tech is always accommodating and friendly. She always attempts to accommodate my schedule when I book an appointment. Amy does amazing work and has great customer service as well. You all should book an appointment with Gloss Nail Bar today. Check out Amy’s work with the attached photo. I booked dip on natural nail.

2025-07-03I usually go to a nail shop in Cordova and get my nails done. I just moved 4 mins away so why not try. Firstly I want to say customer service as I walked In was great. The guy who did my nails was nice but didn’t listen to anything I said. I showed him the pic and as he was doing my nails I knew they wasn’t going to be 100% of what I expected. The prices were very expensive I paid $45 more than I usually would at my normal place. I asked the guy to fix my crooked nail and he just shaved it down. Very clearly crooked. I asked him to line the flower with white to show the details of it and he told me “it’s too late I’m done” I was never offered another drink either I felt like I was rushed to get done and they hardly had any business. I truly don’t like my nails because of the incompetence of the man not listening. I truly wish I could get a refund but it’s fine we live and learn. Everyone was nice but not everyone is good at what they do. If you have expectations of your nails stick to what you know.
