Spa Nails

Horrible service. Went in at 5:30 to leave at 8:30 at night not only did I not get any kind of nail design I wanted on the nail, I got nothing at all. Plain nails badly done. Still was charge the full amount. They are so cringe bit them off myself a few min later. She said it was 55 for my nails and 35 for simple nails on my child and some tax and somehow I was charged 97 dollars. It was horrible experience. Ruined my whole day.

Kim is great. But I made a 2:00 appointment and they didn’t even START until after 3… they didn’t mention that gel polish is a $15 extra charge. And I was there for 3 hours. What’s the point of appointments if anyone who walks in gets helped before you? I’ve came multiple times because Kim does great but I will not be returning again.

Overbook themselves 2 1/2 hours to get a dip powder on my nails, even having an appointment. Walk-ins were getting priority. Pricing were not listed anywhere. I get the same thing done each time and the price is always different. They do not pride themselves in quality, just quantity for the day., Very disheartening as I used to love going here. Its just all about getting as many appointments as possible, getting you started and then you sit and wait.

Kim provided the best experience as always! 2nd time coming here and will be most definitely returning! prices is amazing, they take their time and make sure it’s up to YOUR standard! she replaced 3 broken nails like it was no problem!! both sets are shown🥰

Great service, loved my nails but they do need more help… I understand the wait time because I know there isn’t a lot of workers (at least the day I went) the lady was super nice and would make conversation which made me comfortable.
