Legacy Nails and Spa

I could not find a salon that would do what I wanted done. They was always so quick and my nails wouldnt be straight when they was done and service was just crap. I found legacy nails and spa and went to them. I got kelly she is amazing! She didn't hesitate to help me and she did exactly what I wanted. I WILL BE BACK! EXCELLENT SERVICE!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! To preface I have been having dip manicures done to my natural nails for over 3 years at a salon near my home in WI. I went here on the recommendation of a friend. This was the worst set of nails I have ever had done. Within 12 hours the dip started separating from my nail causing them to catch and get damaged. I had one extension put on one nail that had previously broken and it was so poorly applied that is completely came off after 24 hours. When I called the salon, I was told the only option was to come back in and have the same person redo them. I said that I did not have another 2 hours(which is too long for this process) to waste for another poorly done manicure. Only saving grace is that my regular woman is able to get me in this week to repair this botch job.

The most horrible experience I have ever had in a nail salon. The nail tech I had kept getting up while doing my nails. Very rude. I told him what I wanted and he seemed like he understood I told him I wanted a light pink color with square nails and showed him a pic. He put tips on that are made for coffin shape so I asked if they would still be square with those tips n he said yes and kept doing them. Then got up again and started talking to co workers and the other workers looked over at us. Then another worker came and started doing my nails. She had to clip, file, and soak my nails in acetone to get the tips off. Then she does the same exact thing and puts the wrong tips on again. One of the other workers came over and asked what was wrong so I just explained the nails i wanted and showed a pic again she knew exactly what I wanted and recommended me to another nail tech. The nail tech that was working on my nails last was talking to the male tech that first started on my nails. And then got up and left with my nails in acetone and never came back. So I picked the tips off by myself. I had been to this salon one other time for a pedi and they did great. I would not recommend to go here for acrylics! My nails are thin and ruined from filing!

Horrible experience. They didn’t even ask what kind of pedicure I wanted. $55 on the pedicure for them to not even scrub my feet or file my toe nails evenly. Specifically asked for this shape and they said ok. If you can’t do a service how someone asks politely tell them that. I also noticed a difference in the hospitality between myself and a certain demographic. Wish I could’ve saved my money but I know for next time. Don’t waste your time or money here!

Mixed review, I got a pedicure done and loved it! The man did fantastic and I would give him a 5 star rating. So I decided to go back and try acrylics. The nail technician was friendly and I thought thorough, but when i looked at my nails later I realized my left hand was shorter then my right. The nails themselves look almost crooked on my fingers and they look bumpy. I had acrylic flake off of my skin later that day as well. I'd give the acrylics a 3 out of 5.
